When they came over on Saturday it was Sam and Ismael, they were fantastic. They arrived 15 minutes early which was awesome, very thorough work and my home is not only clean and sanitized. But I can rest easy knowing that my family is breathing clean air inside our home.

Do not hire, these guys are hacks and a waste of time and money. For cleaning two units in a duplex they charged $730.The two that came to my house in Salem, MA damaged the paint and wood around every (painted) vent register they removed to clean. I wouldnt have cared too much about that as they can be re-painted, and in their defense the paint was rather heavy.What I did care about was the fact that they not only put two of the registers back incorrectly, preventing the louvers from opening, but also left a mess around the registers behind. They did clean it after I pointed it out, but should I really have to tell a CLEANING company to pick up after themselves? This sort of speaks for the entire experience.When they cleaned the first floor of my duplex I found 4 registers they completely missed cleaning at all. Again, as a consumer of a cleaning companys service, I shouldnt be the one pointing out they left things uncleaned, in the very small area they were hired to clean. All in all, look elsewhere for a duct cleaning co.Edit: after they left, I couldnt figure out why there was black dust all around my registers on the floor. I then remembered I watched one of the guys cleaning the register on the hard wood floor with a drill attachment brush, which likely threw it all over the place. All of the registers should have been collected and cleaned outside such that it didnt leave a mess inside. Logic need not apply here.
