Should have read other reviews and listened. Dont use this company. Window well covers took over 2 months. First visit, they forgot the templates to measure. After waiting a few weeks longer than they told us, they came to deliver the window well covers. They forgot one cover and had to bring it back the next day. One window cover didnt include the extra mesh add on, which they admitted was a mistake. A week or so later they came out again and window cover didnt fit. Another week or so, and they finally delivered the corrected cover. All in all they had to come to our house 6 times, took much longer than we were promised. Not worth the hassle or money. Wanted these covers for the summer but the summer is now basically over.

Diamondback did a great job on our window well covers. Installer had to make one slight adjustment and they all fit perfectly. I would use them again anytime if I need something done. Installer was friendly and courteous.

I worked with Lisa to get quotes on 4 window well covers, and Seth did the prep and install work. Really great experience with this company. Lisa went over all the details and options to consider (and brought up something I hadnt considered) and Seth was friendly and got the measurements perfect so the install looked great.Reasons I would recommend Diamondback for your window wells:- Price: I reached out to 3 other companies and diamondback had the best price by at least $15 per cover.- Quality: The other companies I talked to had weight limits of 300 and 400 pounds on their window well covers, but diamondback covers are rated at 750 pounds. Stronger welding for a lower price than the competition? Sign me up!- Reliable: They were on-time to both appointments at my home (initial measurements and install) and their time-frame for install was exactly what Lisa told me it would be at the beginning of our interaction.Highly recommend this fantastic local company.

Company was great. Responded fast to my email for a bid, then showed up for measurements and then installed a few days later. Entire process was fast and grates look great. Would highly recommend. Ive ordered grates before from other companies and the quality isnt as good as diamondback.

Couldnt be happier. We bought the window well covers on a promotion, so we got custom fit covers for slightly more than the one-size-fits-all covers. The service was fantastic. The sales person even sent me a picture message to show me the colors. The installer called twice before he came to measure, and twice before he came to install (the day before and the day of). The covers themselves are built to last, and the fit perfectly.If you have been waiting to buy window well covers, nows your chance!!

This is one of the best companys I have had do work for us.When they cam out to measure our windows they were very professional and informative. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer them.The quality is the best we have seen with the powder coat finish,and perfect fit.Thank you for a job well done.

Great company to work with.

Im pretty disappointed with the service. The product turned out great and we really like the window well covers, but the process to get to the finished product didnt go so well. I was told after they measure the window wells that it would take 7-10 days for them to be finished. It took a month before they were installed. I would have been ok with that if they would have communicated that with me. I couldnt get them to respond to phone calls and left multiple voicemails. I went down twice in person during office hours and no one was there to give me any type of update. It was a frustrating process for how much money I spent on the covers. Very little communication, until it was time to pay then I heard from them multiple times per day.

I love the lockdown system on my new window well covers and the ladders that are included so we could climb out in case of a fire. The staff was very professional and prompt in getting back to me and answering all of our questions.

I like that they are custom made to my window well not prefabricated. The powdercoat finish looks great I was able to chose a different color other then the standard black, and was still able to get a good quality powdercoat finish. The technician that came to my house was very friendly and knowledgable.

Its been over 6 weeks since we placed our order and deposit for window well covers and we still dont have anything to show for it. They said it only takes 3-4 weeks from beginning to installation for the finished product. They never call me back to give me an update after leaving multiple voicemails. I havent seen their product to be a fair judge but their service and communication is terrible.

They NEVER answer their phones or return calls.
