Christoper is our service provider..He communicates well. He gives us notice of the appointments in advance and a text when he is on his way. He is thorough and always FRIENDLY! He discusses his observations with us. Very pleased with all aspects of this business and with Christoper.

Friendly Pest Control....what a great company. I called with a wasp problem. Not only did they schedule me for that afternoon but their tech Christopher was amazing. He not only identified the wasps but found their nest hidden out of plain sight. He took care of wasp problem and treated the whole perimeter. Christopher was polite, professional and thorough. Matt was on point. He came out for an inspection two days ago and tore our bedroom apart, in a good way, looking for any scrap of evidence of activity minus the bite marks on my wife and I. He spent an hour or so just on half of our bedroom, gave his thoughts and came out with his co worker RJ, who was also very polite and professional. Highly recommend these guys. Matt has been in contact with us since the treatment went down yesterday, seeing if theres results, despite having to wait 24 to 48 hours for poison to work. Great company to deal with

Awesome company I had Matt come out to look at some carpenter ant problem I had in my A-frame and to my surprise I knew exactly what to do and also checked the trees around my house directly behind where we had the carpenter ants and found their nest and treated them as well Ive had no more carpenter ants since he treated the property very happy and would highly recommend Matt and friendly Pest Control

GREAT PROMPT SERVICE. We had a colony of carpenter ants invade our home. As I pushed my finger through the rotted drywall hundreds of ants came gorging out like some horror flick. I called two pest control places and Matt the owner of Friendly pest control answered the phone. We scheduled a time ASAP. He was prompt and very helpful. I was expecting the entire house to be sprayed inside but he informed me that with carpenter ants you want to kill the main colony and not the “satellite” colony in the house. To do this he killed the satellite colony with spray but then he dusted the house in all the cracks and corners around the colony. This way the scouter ants will take the dust back to their main colony and kill it too. Outside he sprayed and specially did all the nearby trees. He has an option to return every 6 mo. to keep all the bugs away but since I am a DIY guy I will do it myself. Matt explained what to use and how to even get the product. I was very impressed. He even used his dandy little round brush to reach up under the eves and all over the outside of the house and even behind and under patio furniture, etc. to knock down and get rid of any cobwebs.
