I dropped off a work uniform over a week ago and was told it would be done in 2 days. It has been almost a week since my clothes were supposed to be ready. There is never anyone working, so I can pick up my clothes. They will not answer the phone and I cannot leave a voice message. I really need my uniform and this is getting ridiculous.

Have been here many times because they have double and triple load washers. This establishment is clean and friendly, BUT needs a lot of maintenance on their equipment. 28 dryers, 11 work, if youre lucky. 33 washers of different sizes, 20 are currently working. I usually arrive late to avoid the crowd, seems others are getting the same idea. Nice place if their equipment was working properly.

Nice save place to get a laundry done efficiently. Many many broken or out of order machines though. Cameras to help you feel secure.

Saw some positive reviews for this place and when our washer went out we needed a place to finish up some laundry and decided to come here. Very disappointed with the facility. Not only were half of the washers not in service, but their prices were pretty high for the quality of the remaining machines. There is no air conditioning to be seen and the temperature in the building is ridiculously hot.

I now enjoy the thought of going to the laundromat country fresh had awesome service and affordable price the lady working there really went above and beyond to make sure my laundry was done just like at a 5 star facility thanks again

This laundromat has the most reasonable prices Ive seen in awhile! And thats saying a lot because I used to be on rothe road with my husband in a semi-truck so I had to go to laundromats all the time across the country.$1.50 for regular washers, $3.00 for their triple load washers, $5.00 for their mega washers that are usually at least $6.00+Its honestly really clean and looks well taken care of. There are a few machines out but there are still plenty left for people to use. They seem to really care about their business here.Its Sunday and its not at all crowded or chaotic. I would feel safe here even if my husband wasnt with me.The gentleman working is super friendly as well which is really nice.Will definitely be coming back in the future to do my laundry here.

This used to be my favorite place. But now its just nasty dirty :( and the machines dont work properly

Went there to wash my blankets. Half the washers and dryers are broken. Very hot inside

The place is bright and clean but the machines have ruined my clothes with bleach spots more than once. The machines have also torn my shirts in the back in the same area near the bottom of my shirts and no I am not overloading the machines and I didnt use any bleach .

Love this place. I take my quilts there to have them wash them cause they dont fit in my washer. They always come back smelling amazing and soft.

Took a suit to be dry cleaned, said it would be done by Thursday. On Thursday we went to pick it up, it wasnt done. Apparently they dont do dry cleaning in house and someone didnt pick up the suits so it wasnt done, or even started. It was for a wedding the next day so we just had to do the best we could by hand. Had we known it wouldnt have been done we could have taken it somewhere else.

Very friendly staff! She washed and dried my quilts for me so I didnt have to wait for hours doing it in large capacity machines. Worth the $!! She was great! Thank you!

This place is dirty and run down. Most of the dryers and washers are out of order. The dryers that do work dont dry your clothes at all.

This is the cleanest laundromat I have found. The machines all work well and it has enough washers do do high volume laundry.

Very poor service! I asked for extra heavy starch and they barely had any starch at all. They also lost a pair of brand new jeans. Wouldn’t recommend them at all!

Not sure what is up with this place lately but 75% of the darn dryers are out of order!

My washer broke down and took a few weeks to go get a new one. Went here and really loved how clean it was. Price was great too. The owner was actually there working and showed me how to use the bigger machines and to use a lot less soap. I come here sometime still to do large loads of blankets and stuff.

This is a good laundry mat. It does have a limited amount of large washing machines though. Overall I would have given this place five starts, except they say they accept credit / debit cards - however, I found no way to use then. Be sure to bring cash before you come.

This place offer wash and dry clothes and you can wash and dry by yourself. Nice environment. Clean place, have TV, video games, vending machines and more.

Terrible!!!!! Every time we go to get things dry cleaned they try to talk us out of it saying it won’t clean it. They talked us out of it once and completely ruined our $400 comforter so we had to go buy a new one. Every employee we’ve ever talked to try’s to talk you out of dry cleaning saying it won’t clean it. Yes it does. They wouldn’t even let us get it dry cleaned with them this time because it had little dripples of pee on it and continued to push to get it washed even after we told him it will ruin it. We won’t ever go there again.

Maybe a third of the washers were working, the rest were all out of order.

One of the cleaner laundromats i have been to. It can be very crowded on the weekends but they do have drop off service.

Exactly what you need and probably expect. Bigger washers are a little expensive but its the only laundromat in town.

Showed up when it said it was going to be open for dry cleaning and not a soul in sight.

Went on a Saturday and it was chaos! To many people, not enough functioning machines. The place was not clean. Payson needs another laundromat and this one needs a serious updated.
