This little gem of a jewlry store is well worth the drive. Arrived to find the store closed and unattended during posted business hours. Not sure if they have changed their hours, but the sign indicated they were supposed to be open that day and those hours.Disappointed, so we went elsewhere.

Seriously the sweetest people ever! They are always so helpful and accommodating! Their jewelry is so pretty and ORIGINAL! They are so knowledgable about jewelry and always have a great story! It always feels like I am visiting best friends! They are so generous in the community as well. They also help many of the local non profits support their missions. They are really good people!

I have a dear friend that chose to support local business when the were shopping for her wedding set. I can not tell you how excited she was about her lovely custom made jewelry. Then, unfortunately her ring (engagement) started discoloring. She lost a corner stone from this lovely setting. When she took the ring back in to show the owner.....they said she was too hard on her jewelry. She thought that she could wear her jewelry 24/7. Unfortunately this is not the case. I think they should have disclosed just how fragile this lovely set was and let her decide before purchasing if she just wanted to wear for “Special Occasions”. My friend believed she was getting a quality piece that she could wear for the rest of her life without all of the mishaps. She took the ring back for a refund and the warranty period was 30 days. I feel so bad for my friend since she is a newlywed and can’t wear her engagement ring. I think it would be great customer service if the Overman’s would refund her money and send her on her way to find jewelry she can wear 24/7 as she fully intended.

Chad & Melissa are ambassadors of love not only with their business philosophy but within our community. I have purchased five pieces of jewelry in the past five years and each one is intrinsically beautiful and well made. Each piece garners a lot of attention and is so unique! I would be remiss if i did not mention how rare their level of customer service is. From the moment you walk into the store enthusiasm radiates from them, including their Manager Laurie Ruddock. They take great care of me and my jewelry. They are quick to stand behind their work and any needed repairs. I am so thankful they are here in our little town and provide such amazing service! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Wow! These guys are fast! I brought my wedding ring in to tighten a prong that I had caught on something And I honestly did not expect it to be back before Christmas. They called me today and I went and picked it up! They are so reasonably priced also! Their designs are breathtaking and their staff is extremely knowledgeable and so welcoming. We LOVE Overman Designs!!

I have never felt comfortable in good jewelry stores before. The Overmans and staff have completely changed that feeling. They are always welcoming and never fail to offer water or coffee. They love the history of jewelry and are interested to hear the story of why a piece has special meaning to you. I have some of their originally designed pieces and I always receive complements on them. Go in and be friendly--you wont be disappointed!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! I have never had better service anywhere. My husband surprised me for my anniversary by taking me to Overmans to pick out what is now my most prized piece. The time that both Chad and Melissa spent with me was amazing, the attention detail was impeccable!! Their goal was to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my special piece. Trying to support a local business did not turn out well this time. Beautiful and expensive engagement ring and within weeks white gold was discolored and within a few months a corner stone fell out. Was told body chemistry changes the color of white gold and how I was very rough wearing the ring for a stone to come out and a prong to be broken and how they could not monitor me 24/7 to see how I am using my ring.Ring was repaired /no charge due to my having to wait over a month for its return. Two weeks later the same stone fell out and I was told once again I was being too rough with my ring. I felt the workmanship was not meeting standards and asked for a refund. After 30 days there is nothing they will do for you other than repairs at a cost and was advised to put my ring in a drawer until the new year for quicker repair.Received an angry call from one of the owners telling me that someone I know wrote a bad review about my ring trouble and how dissatisfied I was. He insisted they had serviced me just fine and was told that unless I had this review removed and a positive one posted they would no longer service me or my ring. Decided to forego the repairs and went to pick up my ring and was told all my prongs were badly worn down due to my being rough while wearing it and how they had given me good service and did not deserve a negative review.I have never had problems wearing expensive rings before, especially after only 6 months, with over 4 weeks in for repair and nearly 3 weeks in a drawer waiting for the holiday rush to be over.

We had the wifes ring gold plated over white gold, within 4 months the plating faded. Overmans refused to stand behind their work and tried to charge us to have it replated. Gave us some excuse about high acidity level in her skin. Funny no other jewelry has ever faded. We will take the ring elsewhere. They have lost our business forever!

Weve there twice, but wont go back. First was to get a new latch put on a necklace. They did that, but its the first time Ive brought in jewelry and they didnt shine things up.Second time wss for a watch battery. After over two weeks, it still didnt have a new battery! Took it to Wal-Mart. Cheaper, and fixed in 15 minutes.We wont be back.

Went into overmans June 28 2016 and did not feel welcomed was asking about setting a stone on my moms ring and the lady was not nice. Will go to paysome jeweless as they know how to treat people
