At Your Service Cleaning and Tree Service is the company we count on to clean and maintain our vacation home. Its 3000 square feet with 4 bedrooms and lots of trees. These folks do a great job tackling our large property. Tanya and Garret have a great work ethic and they go beyond the call of duty to ensure that our needs and our guests needs are met. Excellent communication on and off site by sending photos of their work for quality control. Feedback from our guests state that the home is impeccably clean, and it is. Garrett the tree guy focuses on the safety of our yard for fire wising and other falling branch hazards. He cleans up and hauls out, too.

We contacted At Your Service Cleaning and Tree Service to help us prep our home in Arizona to become a short term rental. I really liked our first meeting, and their proposal was in line with my needs from the get go. Tanyas deep cleaning and staging was thorough and detailed, and we even received high praise for cleanliness from our first guest! Garrets recommendations to address some of the trees was on point, and we were so relieved that we took his advice. A week later is snowed pretty hard, and many other trees around town came down but we were in the clear. This team really cares, goes above and beyond, and has great communication. Im happy to give my recommendation for this company.
