I had my first mediation with Amy Draper just a few days ago. Being an attorney, its always a little daunting using a new mediator for the first time. Amy was excellent, and I had no need to worry. She is smart, articulate, organized, personable, and a creative thinker. She helped us resolve the situation to the satisfaction of both parties, and we came out with a solution that I anticipate will keep the parties from having to go back to court in the future. Me and my ex-wife both had attorneys trying to work through our divorce. We sat down with Amy for one day and worked through our issues with an outcome that I felt we both could live with, with an outcome that I felt was fair and reasonable to both of us. Amy was calm and impartial during mostly heated discussion and kept the mediation impartial and on track. I would a thousand times recommended Amys services over an attorneys any day.

So disappointed in this service. Amy seems like a nice person, but her lack of experience and knowledge when it comes to child support cost me thousands. I took the the divorce decree put together by Amy to a divorce attorney and he said it was so poorly put together he couldnt believe a judge would sign off on it. Its tough to do research when you are in the middle of trauma and going through a divorce, but I would highly recommend a more experienced mediator or consider paying the money for an experienced divorce attorney.

Amy Draper was extremely professional, organized, engaging, and knowledgeable while working with our case. She made sure to create a comfortable environment in which all parties were satisfied. She took a very difficult and confusing case regarding guardianship and made it seem simple. She even drove 4 hours out of her way to meet us in a convenient location. I was super stressed dealing with my divorce and do to COVID the courts were slow to respond. Amy was a trooper and was informing me every day on the situation and how she was reaching out to them so my divorce could be handled and I could move on with my life. I was nervous about attending mediation, without counsel, the other side with their attorney present. Having a situation that is extremely sensitive and been making no progress for 18 months. I had little faith anything would come to resolve this day.The environment was peaceful, casual, and comfortable. Amy was as good a host as she is a mediator. I had decided to call it a day at a specific time if no ground was made. 10 mins to that point, Amy returned and gave me hope. We continued straight through the day. Amy offered to have lunch delivered many times. It was turned down. Thankfully she has the rooms stocked with an excellent variety of snacks and drinks. When the day was done, we had an agreement in writing that settled almost every dispute. I was happily amazed. Divorce is an extremely painful and difficult trial to endure; mine was no different. While I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, Amy was able to walk me through every step and ensure that I understood what was happening.
