Called in inquiring about a motherboard after having bad luck with one from Newegg. One of their employees answered my call and was both extremely polite and obviously incredibly knowledgeable. I Love SmartSystems! I took my laptop in because it was not working and I needed to have my DVD player working and couldnt figure it out. It worked sometimes but not all the time. I had sent it in to my warranty several time already and they were no help, only saying my hard drive was bad but they didnt fix it. So in come SmartSystems to the rescue! The replaced my hard drive with a SSD and fixed my DVD player! I was SO excited to be able to use my laptop again. I wouldnt see anyone else. Thank you SmartSystems!!
