Ive known these guys for years and went straight to them when I needed my carpets cleaned. They got me scheduled quickly in the timeframe I needed. They really know what they are doing and what tools to use for each type of carpet and they made the place look great!!

They were on time gave me a bid and customized it to how I wanted. Price was what I thought it would be both gentlemen were professional. The only thing I would have liked was to have them walk with me to show what they completed Which I understand with Covid and distancing but it would have been nice to have done that. Otherwise will use them again for sure.

I have an airbnb in Orem that because of the fires and spotty rain showers, the windows were destroyed. Hard water from the sprinklers didnt help the bottom level windows either. They were ALL a mess. Purity arrived on time and quickly and efficiently shined them all up for me. He even went out of his way to clean two screens (not covered in the package i chose) that were horrible. Very friendly and respected the home. I will most definitely refer then and use them again!

Having called several other window cleaning businesses, not getting answers back, being told they were booked, not getting helpful responses, I was delighted when my call to Purity Systems was answered within an hour or two, that they booked a time to clean my windows within a week, the price was fair and, best of all, they showed up on time and did an excellent job on my windows.
