I love quick quack! We’ve had quick quack passes for nearly 3 years now. I have always felt like the staff was very kind and outgoing. They are always so quick to come out side and get us through the car wash. My favorite is that we can go with our kids and there’s vacuums for everyone and plenty of room to move around. The trash cans are always emptied so you don’t have to worry about where to put your trash.I love that the foam is colored. I think they should coordinate the colors with the holidays!!!

We were so excited when Quick Quack came to Payson. The convenience of having it so close to home is great. The workers are always friendly and helpful and we don’t have to wait very long.However, the quality of wash that we have been getting is awful.We have purchased the BEST wash available for four of our vehicles. Every time we use the wash on our RAM Truck, it doesn’t even touch the tail gate & the cars are always spotty.Hoping that they can do some adjustments so that the washes get better.

A reasonable experience.A few words of caution though: the brushes like to yank at unframed plates, and depending on your car you may need to bring your own microfiber towel to wipe your wing mirrors.Also, if you have sap stains or bird droppings on your rear window the brushes often don’t get those off.I’ve been to other Quick Quacks that have had the same problems, but others that didn’t, so I don’t know what the deal is.

Quick Quack is the best experience and best value when it comes to getting your car washed. I am an unlimited member and I can wash my car as much as I want, anytime I want. I am always greeted by a happy team member that is ready to serve me. There is a young man that has the same name as me named Landon that works there and he is the absolute best!! Landon is always friendly and does his job quick and efficiently! I mean get this guy a raise please! I love Quick Quack and I would not want to wash my car anywhere else!

Very convenient, very professional, and a pretty good deal if you do the memberships. Hailey was super helpful in getting us set up and is very professional and helpful whenever we see her there.My kid loves the car wash too, so it gives us a fun, essentially free, activity to do for her. Our car has never been so consistently clean, inside and out. Big fan of the vacuums for carseats especially.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! They draw faces on the windows for the kids and give out goodies like duck whistles when you ask. They are super fast and very helpful. They love answering questions and their memberships save me SO much money! Very impressed overall :)

Went through early in the morning right when they open at 7am. The employee that helped me seemed full of energy and was really nice and helpful. I did purchase their unlimited pass cause it does make since, after the second wash it is free and I can go how many times I want or need. I got their best package which is usually 29.99 a month but right now they have a special going which I only paid 17 for the first month. Very impress with the service.

I love this company. Easy, quick and does a great job - the vacuums are awesome at the end. First time at this location and it was just as awesome as the others. Marissa was super friendly and helpful!!

FAIR WARNING TO THE CHEMICAL CONSCIOUS: They blast air freshener into your car. I let it slide because it’s only a moment but those who are particularly sensitive will likely drive away with a headache.That said...This is the only car wash I’ll take the kids to. The colored bubbles are so fun! Especially when it’s dark with the lights making it look almost neon! Maybe other car washes do that but I won’t chance wasting money to find out if they don’t. I don’t pay for a car wash for the clean car so much as the fun of hearing the oohs and ahs from a car full of kids.

It is so nice to have a Quick Quack car wash near to our home. The last storm left a lot of dirt on our vehicles and the lines were long at the car wash. We not only got through in a timely and efficient manner but we were greeted by the kind and friendly staff. Thanks Quick Quack!

This Quick Quack car wash is easy to access and quick in service. The attendants are courteous and seem efficient in handling the traffic. I like to keep my Honda Pilot clean and Utah weather can mess it up, so a once-weekly wash can keep it shining and rust-free. I like that they have the free vacuum service for customers to use as well.

Josh was super nice when we came, he told jokes and did his job quick. I love the uniforms they make you feel like your car is in good hands. Btw best tire shine 👍

Ethan and joslyn helped me push my van into the vacuums as it died right before I was about to go into the car wash🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Im 6 months pregnant and they told me to stay in the car a steer I have all 3 of my kids with me under the age of 3 and they came out and gave them rubber ducks to play with and they are staying with me till help comes!!! You guys are the best and deserve some type of recognition I sure am thankful thank you so much!!!

I once went to a carwash where my car got messed up with the windows open and the back seat getting wet. This car wash was much better. One of the employees, Millie, helped us have a wonderful experience.

We have monthly memberships for our cars and the wash does a good job. However the car wash smells like moldy old water while your are going through the wash! Not a nice clean smell like it should be!

One of the best car washes in Utah! Millie was especially helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

I’ve had a membership there for a while and they denied my vehicle due to my Rooftop tent that’s always been on it and has been through the wash over a handful of times. It doesn’t make sense. I don’t recommend going to them. It’s frustrating and annoying. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service givin’ at this location as well.

Its a great wash, Staff nice and really likes to help you. It was very busy when I went through, but it did not take long for my turn to go into the tunnel. My kids loved the lights and the colorful soap. I thought it did a good job and will be back to get an membership.

Definitely Quick! I love how fast the wash is! I love the unlimited option. We do 30 a month for the best and you can vacuum your car for 10 minutes!

3 strikes you are out.... my husband has taken my car to quick quack to get washed 3 times now. Each time, I have asked him later if he took the car to get washed and he has said yes. I only asked him because it didn’t look like it was done. He has taken the car to another local and similar type car wash and I have seen the car afterwards and commented on how nice it looked. Tonight when I walked outside a few hrs after he got it washed, I again asked him because the hood looked like it wasn’t even touched. I could still see the dirt in the dark. For the price ( or less) I really feel like I could go to a car wash and wash it myself and get it cleaner! I was excited to have a car wash of this type closer to my location, but I will be driving further still to a different company that I know gets my car cleaner.

I went to this car wash not realizing I had a completely flat tire. The girl doing the wash told the store manager and he went completely out of his way to help me!! I’ve never had better service. He immediately came out and assessed the problem. Then, he ran to the auto shop and bought with his OWN money a fix-it tire spray and wouldn’t let me pay him back! He took so much time for me and was so helpful! Because of him I was able to get to a tire store and fix it without having or needing a tow. They have my service forever! They are amazing to their customers!! I can’t rave about them enough!!! That is customer service you don’t see anymore!

The turn to enter the wash is too tight for anything longer than a Toyota Corolla. Okay, I was able to wrestle my pickup into the chute but its a nail biter.

Quick and fairly thorough car wash, although my truck is still pretty dripping wet when i exit. I do enjoy the cool lights as you travel through. High powered vacuums as well. Id recommend them getting an automatic machine to wash your floor mats like other car washes ive been to...itd definitely boost the customer incomes. ;)

I go to a car wash to get my car nice and clean. Well I still have stuff on my car something simple to get off. Im pretty disappointed. Especially considering the cost. I can go to a cheaper place and get better service. I will not be returning to quick quack!

This is a really good value if you bundle more than one car. The finish is clean and shiny as Im driving away. Depending on the car you may need to dry off with a microfiber towel. If you dont get everything off you can go through a second time no problem. That is only happened once because the bugs were stuck to my windshield pretty hard.

My wife got me a month subscription and did my first wash. The staff were wonderful and polite. Landon and Emmy helped us and did a great job. Loved the colored foams and rinses.

It’s like all the other car washes, only they are closed on Sunday. You know the second day of the weekend that you get those chores taken care of, well not at this location. Sad, very disappointed.

4th time being at this location and I have to tell you, I will drive 25 miles out of my way to wash here. The people there are wonderful. I love how my car looks and I really must say the duck masks they wear is priceless and makes my kids laugh.

I went here and it left my car all chipped and scratched on the hood and on top. I’m going to cancel my membership asap.

Decided to try quick quack instead of Wiggy because it’s more convenient. The sides of my car look great... mostly. My wheels are still dirty and my tires don’t look shined even though I paid $15 for the “good” wash. My back window barely got touched and the front of my car is still covered in bugs. For the same price at wiggy my car would be actually spotless.

The Payson Quick Quack Carwash is so much better than Spanish Fork. I feel it is all attributed to the manager at Payson, he actually cares about his customers and trays to instill that to the employees under his supervision!

If you want scratches on your car and then denial and getting ignored, this place is for you. I was told they would look at the cameras and get back to me. NOTHING. Scratches along the entire top of my car edge / corner on the left and right. If you want them to raise prices on you 50% and not grandfather you in on pricing, then this is the place for you. I have quite a few cars and now they want me to get two separate family plans and raise the price on the package I was on.
