I have only interacted with her but I have found her to be kind, helpful, easy to communicate with and fair. Other than the fantastic customer service, the units are new, clean, and safe. These guys were excellent. The sign up process was quick and thorough online and on the phone. They had a good sale at the time for 3 months but even the normal price was great once that deal was up. When I moved out, I ask them about it a couple weeks prior to moving out. I moved out after business hours and the next day they proactively called me to help me cancel and sent the document online to sign online. It was easy and very professional. Thank you. I highly recommend them. The facilities and property are very clean, rodent traps are set up all over the place and the roads are designed to keep the water away from the units.

Very well run facility
I am on auto pay and have it automatically pay on the 5th of each month and each month they send me an email and call me on the 4th of each month and say that my account is past due. I am an older person and this worries me and forces me to take time and call them each month to make sure that they got my auto pay payment on the 5th of each month. I think a policy change should be in order here.

BEST Storage Facility. Shari in the office is awesome! They have really clean, spacious units for great prices. They keep aisles swept, great snow removal and pest control. Im really happy renting here. Easy to pay rent online.
Very unhappy with their customer service (if you can call it that) and lack of information, readiness or any information partaining to my unit and payments. Its been extremely difficult to work through anything and I will definitely be moving to a more professional Storage Facility.

I enjoyed my experience here. The people were friendly and helpful.The only reasons I dont give them 5 stars is their odd billing system, and some confusion over getting my initial entry code. (Note: I always had a working entry code, so even in the initial confusion, I had access.)The odd thing with the billing was that initially, it wouldnt tell you that you owed any money until after the bill was already late, so I always had to refer back to my contract to figure out how much I needed to pay. Id get these payment reminder notices shortly before the end of the month saying I owed nothing. It was very strange. It seemed that they added a little feature shortly after I started with them, that allowed you to select what month you wanted to pay up to. So then I could select that I wanted to pay for the next month and actually see how much it cost. Still, its not a very intuitive user interface. (Normally I would expect that, after receiving the payment reminder, the system would show me the amount of the upcoming payment to be made, rather than just the current balance of my account, as if I was expected to be making all of my payments late by default.)Nevertheless, the feature update took the edge off the problem, and my overall feeling was positive.
It is a storage unit. Staff is friendly or at least the individual I have dealt with. It was recently purchased by a company out of California that seems to have become pretty strict on the employees. Screws can be found throughout so check your tires when you leave unless youre going to get a flat. Tons of paperwork to get a unit as well as checking out. Some of the corners are hard to get around and the key pad to get out is too low for trucks. Youre going to have to get out to push the buttons. They did get an app but seldom works.
I love this Storage Facility. It is clean, well maintained and great security. My units have tall doors that make it so easy to get stuff in and out of. I have literally rented from every storage facility in Payson. I was never really happy at any of them until I moved into Storem. Thank you
My husband and I moved from South Salt Lake County about two months ago to Payson. We bought a new house that was a little bit smaller than our last one. We needed a little extra space to store some of our stuff. We called around to a lot of different storage units in Payson and they all seemed a little too pricey.We find got in touch with Payson Utah Storage and they were really helpful and affordable I would definitely recommend Apex Storage to any one in Payson, Woodland Hills or Elk Ridge that wants a great deal on a storage unit.
Absolutely awful. I would not recommend to use any storem self storage locations after the experiences I have had with this place. Much better when Apex owned it.
These units are very nice and secure. They are way better and cheaper then my last unit from Towne Storage!
When I was looking for a storage unit, I called all of the storage places in Payson. All the other storage places I went to were much more expensive and they didnt offer me anything more. Apex Storage in Payson Utah have brand-new units and they are by far the best priced. I usually dont rate business, but I have to say that we were really happy with them.

Do your due diligence before choosing this company for a couple of reasons you will likely experience. I have been a customer for 4 months now and have not been able to make a payment online. I set up an online account and tried to use it to make payments. The issue I ran into is that I could not login because of my password being wrong so I thought I could use the forgot password link to reset my password.This is a normal process for those of us with 10+ passwords, but here is the catch the forgot password email generated as my gate pin. When I tried to use that pin as a password I kept getting the same error saying my password was wrong so I called to get the error corrected but the person that answered was in a call center and couldnt fix the issue. The person I talked to said she would pass a message to this storeem and Simone would call me within 24 hours.After 3-4 business days without a response I called and again got the call center same story a message will be sent and they will call you. So after 10 days since my original call I received a call asking if anyone had called me. I said no because that is the fact of the matter. The person that called me said she cleans up after the new people that had been at the payson branch and she changed my password for me.I then asked about why I would be charged a late fee since I reached out before the deadline and expected a return call before the deadline. She then went to her higher power and said the computer charges the late fee on the 10th and 20th. I asked if she could waive the late fee since they failed to call me back for 10 days. She again said the computer did it but she can waive 1 late fee but I cant pay online for her to complete a waived fee. I didnt want more late fees if I called back or they called me So I asked will you take a card number now? She said no she wasnt comfortable doing that. Instead of going nowhere with a person that cant offer me any help I gave up and I opted to pay the late fee and Im moving my stuff as soon as possible to a more professional company. If you want to see what I mean try out their website to see how any broken links you can find. I mentioned that part but nobody seems to care.Bottom line if you pay cash and pay at the store this place might work for you. If you prefer using the internet then watch out!

Pulled up to get a unit, it was 1:40 pm, lady was rude and said she was on break and to come back at 2. Not with that attitude. Ill go somewhere else.
