The agents here are super friendly and knowledgeable, and got my monthly cost way lower than it was.

I had a liability boat policy, and wanted to add comprehensive coverage before going on a long vacation. They told me I could add it and cancel at any time and the policy would be prorated. So I added the comprehensive coverage. I asked if I could pay up frount for two months so I would not get a bill while I was gone. They told me that was okay, so I did. And that I would not receive a bill till I got back. Well shortly in to my vacation I started getting emails from Allstate saying I was past due on my account. I called the office and they said it was a mistake and would fix it. But they didnt, and I had to pay over the phone to keep from my policy being canceled. I thought that would be the end of it, but low and behold I get another email as im driving home across the country that Im past due again. I call the office again and told them I am driving and cannot deal with this so go ahead and cancel my policy, and porrate it like they told me I could. They said that was fine and would take care of it. I was expecting a check for the balance of my policy, but what got instead was a letter stating my policy was canceled but had to pay the balance of the policy with no refund. So basically everything they told me about my policy was not true, and I got to pay for a full year of a policy that I had for three months. I talked to Randy directly about this. He agreed they were at fault, and he would make it right if I could give him a few days to work it out. So I did. But you guessed it.. I never heard from him again. I call several times over a month, and never got a response. So I guess I am out a couple hundred dollars on a policy payed in full and no coverage. All I can say is you dont really know how good a company is until you have a problem, and how they handle it. Well now I know, and will never use this one again.

The office staff is knowlegeable, friendly, helpful and always have the answers I need. Rates are extremely competitive which is another reason I continue to do business with them.
