Only giving two stars because my actual rep was decent BUT...long story long, my parked vehicle was hit. When I was hit my car was deemed undriveable due to brake/blinker lights not working. I have a mechanic that I take my truck to and requested to do so. My agent approved me to get a rental vehicle (included in both mine and the at fault parties policy) because my blinker and break light didnt work. I received a call that they were stopping coverage for the rental and I needed to take it back that day or I would be charged. I was 2 weeks without a vehicle because my mechanic was booked out and for whatever reason wasnt covered under the rental vehicle portion that I pay for. Super poor service from the claims department. I pay a lot of money to be covered and whenI needed to use what I pay for, I was rejected. Already switched. Was quoted better rates, more coverage, and already see how the customer service I receive from ALL departments is a night and day difference. I know State Farm is a huge company and my business wont be missed but....BEWARE!

Koys awesome. Ive never enjoyed the experience of buying insurance or switching insurance. This, however, was a pleasant, easy experience. At no point did I feel the process was burdensome; Koy handled everything for me, explained steps clearly, and got me better rates to boot.

I used to think that State Farm’s slogan “like a good neighbor” couldn’t possibly be true, but Koy Jasperson and his office staff are just as awesome as any neighbor I’ve ever had. Koy can even help you with your banking needs, as State Farm is also a bank and does auto loans, checking and savings accounts (high interest money market and CDs available as well), and rewards credit cards. I will go to and refer Koy to anyone and everyone all day everyday and twice on Sundays.
