My wife and I bought our house 2 years ago. It is only 7 years old, so I didnt think anything about the clothes dryer vent, even though it goes up thru the washroom ceiling, thru the attic and up thru the roof. Our old clothes dryer was about 8 years old. It was drying small and medium loads ok, but larger loads usually took extra time to dry the clothes completely. Two weeks ago the old dryer bit the dust. Instead of having it repaired I decided to buy a new clothes dryer. When I installed it, I checked the dryer vent hole and the vent hose for any obstructions, and found none. The new clothes dryer has many functions the old dryer did not have, including an icon on the display panel for vent flow indicator. With large loads of clothes the indicator would light up and a code would display on the dryer panel. I heard of Sunshine Cleaning & Restoration on a local (country music) radio station. Sunshine was able to come out the same day. Our clothes, including large loads, are drying completely with one run and no messages are displaying on the clothes dryer display panel. The technician was professional in his manner and respectful of our dryer, the washroom floor and walls and the house roofing. The technician cleaned up any dust and lint that fell down the dryer vent pipe and installed the dryer when he finished cleanup. I would definitely recommend Sunshine Cleaning and Restoration for dryer vent cleaning.

Carpet shampooing and duct cleaning our dryer. They were careful with protective set up in our home for walls and hardwood flooring, wore masks and booties, arrived early, and did a very professional job. A little higher priced but well worth it.

They repaired the damage, installed new materials, replaced reusable existing fixtures, cleaned all areas, and left the bathroom looking better than it originally did. Second time we have called Sunshine, today was for a duct cleaning, they recommended to fog the ducts for mildew and fungus since they recalled the water that had gotten into the ducting when my house flooded a year ago. I was especially grateful for the recommendation as this had been a concern when we contacted them for the duct cleaning.Outstanding service! I had 3 projects with Sunshine in the last 8 weeks which then led to 2 for my fiancé. It started with the disinfection of my flooring and fabric furniture due to a mice infestation. The work was well managed, well organized, thorough, and quickly done. The team included Noe, Michael, and Zack. Noe, the project supervisor, had the wisdom to suggest that the company do the other horizontal surfaces. Although I had intended to do that myself, hiring the company was a great thing and well worth the cost. Michael was person who did this work. I subsequently had a potential mold issue with a water heater leak. Michael did an outstanding job with that too.My fiancé then had an issue with drywall mold caused from water leaking through an exterior garage wall. Sunshines general manager John, was very helpful in providing an understanding of the issues. Sunshine removed and disposed of the drywall, had the air tested for mold in the garage, attic, and throughout the house before and after the work, and also disinfected/sanitized every object in the garage.Sunshines work was outstanding and the managers, John and Craig are very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The work crew is also very professional and well above what one would expect these days.
