I have been coming to the phone hub for yearsss with all my repairs. They are efficient, they always have parts in stock and honor their warranty through and through.

Avoid this place for repairs. I brought in an iPad with a cracked screen. They told me it would be ready the next day. I then received a call that it would be ready the following day because they had broken the home button (they assured me they would fix it for free). After that, they gave no updates. Each day I called and they gave a different evasion. Finally, after a week had passed, I demanded the iPad back. The screen that had some small cracks when I brought it in was now totally smashed and the home button didnt work. Its going to cost me a fortune to repair it somewhere else. I would advise avoiding this place for repairs.

Went there last Sunday 8/29, looking for a Lens replacement for my husbands camera S9 phone. Said it could be in, in 3 days. 4 days go by with no call, call them, no lens came in. Said it would be overnighted Thursday. Nope didnt happen. 2 days later call, still nothing. Worst decision that was made to go there.

DONT BUY YOUR PHONE HERE!!! The owner returns calls and messages only when its about your interests in making a purchase. They will ignore you when its a question pertaining to an exchange. They have no signs up pertaining to refunds, exchanges or their store policy. I bought an iphone 11 and wanted to exchange it for a used iphone xs max with an apple 5 series watch and they did not want to return my calls and they ignored me. If you want unmannerly, abrasive, impolite and avaricious service this is the place to go. They dont care about customers needs and only care about making sales. Buy your phone from a reputable establishment such as apple their prices are more reasonable and their customer service is superb.

Progressive requires social security number to apply. And tact you with triple the interest. Plus, It’s a leasing program. Meaning you don’t own the phone. This store put out ‘no credit check’ advertisements to put people in the holes. They would do anything to have you sign the contract. NOT HELPING YOU. THEY Just want the money. Very Bad intentions. Do some research on them. There’s no way to get a phone that easy if people don’t have credits. Don’t get new phones if you can’t afford them. They should prohibit this type of business practice. I Don’t believe those so call “5 star” reviews. Not from the real customers, liked the other people said.Follow up: 100%. Bogus excuses. 3rd party? Why keep putting bogus ads.and reviews. This place sold me a slow iPhone for an over exaggerated price. When I tried to return it two days later they said they’re were no returns. I was never told this or even given an receipt. The girl at the counter just sat on her phone . Terrible place to do business.

Just left The Phone Hub with nothing but smiles! AT&T offered my pennies for my old phones so I stopped be here and got offered literally TRIPLE at&t offered ... Honestly, I felt taken advantage of. Online they said that they had all these phones in stock, but when I showed up they said that the owner wouldn’t be in until the next day I could only pick from a few phones on the stand. I went back the next morning to get the phone I wanted but once again the “manager” wasn’t there until the next day. I needed a phone so I bought an iPhone and tried going back the next day to trade it towards a better phone, that was supposedly “ in the back, “ however once again the manager wasn’t in and they wouldn’t let me trade my low end phone towards a newer one they advertised having. So now I’m stuck with an iPhone 6. This place felt very sketchy, as a women I’ll never go back again.

They steal the money and sell you phones with issues. I was told excuses and Nick is never available after he does the sale. They switch the phones and give you a phone that has issues too. I don’t think this store is a good store tobut phones.

Please DON’T believe anything these guys say about the phone finacing deal. My wife financed an iPhone from them 5 months ago. The damn balance on the phone is still the same as she financed. The monthly payments we made for the damn phone were just for the interest. STAY AWAY. Over $130 amonth for Just the interest. They will dry you out. We are still fighting with progressive leasing. Don’t finance anything from them if you can’t afford it. Not just $40 down payment. They lie. You will pay a lot more than the phone itself. Lot more.

They charge you an arm and a leg for financing a new galaxy phones I don’t know how others think they are better than other providers lsuch as at&t. You can’t even return their phone if you decide to cancel. Bad business practice.
