Okay now seriously youre looking for somewhere to get your haircut believe me you need to stop here and end it here. Jonathan was unbelievable in every single way just cuz we are bilingual maybe we got along a little better but I believe he treats everybody the same way and it was awesome getting empanada sir to you while you are getting here haircut OMG At Dios Mio.that definitely top the day off but better yet Jonathan didnt exceptional job I would definitely be going there to the rest of my life if thats possible thank you Jesus.

You can get a good haircut and it fits all of a mans barber needs. If Is important to find the right barber to cut your hair. Maybe its a good idea to observe before you decide on who you want to cut your hair. No profanity allowed. Price is a little bit high, $20 will get you a good haircut.

By far the worse I havr ever taken my children too. i booked an appointment w. Josh today for my two kids. If i would have seen how cut my youngest one was... i wouldnt have allowed my second one to go w. Him again. My son has a bunch of different cuts in different places of his head, which had never happened before anywhere else i have taken them to get hair cuts. Will not be coming back

Called Saturday morning to set up an appointment at 7 pm that day . was told i was also set gave that person my name.came in at 7pm. all the barbers wanted to do was sit on there as an do nothing. a women with her child came in after the. the old man barber chooses to cut his hair. then another young kid came in after me the barber chooses to cut his hair. horrible customer service never got to get my hair cut. will never go to this location ever again. One of the worst experiences i Have had in a bar shop in my life

Latin touch....Been going to this barbershop for quite some time now.Although many people always have their one barber whom they always go to, in this establishment I dont usually remember to make an appointment which they do recommend but, I usually walk right in and am confident to sit on the first available chair since all the barbers are good at their profession.The service is always great and timely. I am always confident that I will get out with a good cut.Highly recommend this barbershop establishment.

To be honest, the 1st time I visited Latin touch was a good experience. I was a walk in and one of the barbers notified me that they had a next in line ticket system. He told me to snag a ticket and as the number is placed on a big screen, you can clearly see if your next or not. My hair cut was on point and the barber was social. I met the owner (which is a barber as well) and he was very friendly and down to earth. Now I get my haircut from him and I do love it. I feel comfortable there and I gotta give it to the owner for putting together a well put business like that.

I was recommended by a friend to head into Latin Touch. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner and have him cut my hair. I got a bald fade and it came out perfect! This place is the real deal, bravo! Im a customer for life.

Good barbershop. I go in and have no issues with my barber. Gets my haircut done quickly without any issues. Quick and easy is the main reason why I head here. I can be done in 40 45mins tops sometimes. Highly recommend.

If it is Saturday and you are in an urgent need for a haircut, this is the place to go. They close late and they have plenty of barbers who can do the job. I have been here three times. However, the three times I have been there they messed it up. I asked for blended and they did completely the opposite. The barber was not gentle. He shaved my neck with no shave cream, so I got a nasty rash. I dont think I am coming back here.

Bunch of big shots, nobody wants to cut, plenty of barbers free but wont cut your hair, they rather sit in their own chair or fix their lineups rather than tend to customers. Poor service!If your a female youll get the attention..

My fade was COMPLETELY uneven on sides and proceeded to tell me thats how i told him to cut my hair! It was my fault who would tell you to do that? Straight up joke use someone else. Did a great job 1st 3 time last 2 times terrible wish i could poat a picture

Been coming to this barber shop since 2006 is one of the best if not the best barbershop in town. If u need a Hair cut make A appointment on time cause it gets really busy in here.

I totally love this barbershop- its old schopl in a good way! Very professional place with high standards of behavior- many other barbershops allow alot of foul language and reek of pot smoke- not Latin Touch. Signs tell everyone no cursing- pull up your damn pants or leave! The barbers are friendly, welcoming to all -Spanish speakers & English speaker alike (no abla Espanol & I feel very comfortable as do many other non-Spanish speakers). I highly recommend Christian as a barber but all others are fantastic also. This is the best barbershop in Pawtucket by far!

I have been going to this barbershop for about 2yrs now and until now my experience there have been great never have had any problems with the barbers great customer service with appointments and also with walk-ins dont why would any complain about and I quote They only respond to Hispanic people My respond to this comment is this barbershop people from all races come to get a cut Americans,Hispanics,African American,Cape Verde,etc.etc.etc...This is a place where all the family can come and visit anytime and they are always there and willing to help every customer that visits the shop. This is shout out for the barbers that are there when ever I need cut no matter what: Brayant,Pollo,Javier,Shorty,Bruno,JD and who ever I forgot my shout out to you as well.

I called to make an appointment, they hung up on. They I showed up as a walking took a number and sat down and observed. They have no real system in place. They were using foul language and dont seem to care what customers think. I waited for an hour and I approached one of the barbers and he told me someone will line me up. How I saw others barbers just seating doing nothing in wide view. I waited another 30 minutes and I left disappointed because the shop has a 4 star review. They are not customer centric and how they treat new comers is horrible. Also honestly they seem to only cater to their kind, (Latin).

They cut great hair, but the customer service is terrible. Im not Latin, but I was told that they do a really good job, so I tried it. It seems like they only truly respond to Hispanic people. And on top of that, you have to know someone just so you dont have to wait for an hour to get cut. They did do a nice job on my hair, but after a second visit that went awry (I was 5 minutes late for an appointment, and my intended barber had left. When he returned 30 minutes later, he took his friend into the chair, so I left upset.) and an failed attempt to make another appointment (they hung up on me), I will no longer be going back to them. Perdóname, pero ya no quiero patronizar ese negocio.
