I had taken my car into Inifiniti of Warwick for a routine oil change, and they recommended thousands of dollars of repairs to fix a slight rumbling when I drove the car. I did not fully trust the shop so reached out to the location where I bought my car and they recommended Accurate Auto.I called and they had such great service, and were able to get me in only a few days later to look at the car! They spent several hours evaluating the problem, and taking it for a test drive. They discovered it was my wheels that needed to be replaced (thats it)!! The mechanics (especially Victor) were so knowledgeable and kind. They did not charge me for looking at the car, even though they spent hours working with it.I scheduled an appointment a couple days later and they replaced the tires & gave it an alignment... the problem was immediately better. Victor even took the car for a test drive with me to make sure I was comfortable with the fix! The day I took it in, I was car-less, so they were kind enough to drive me to work.I can honestly say you will not find a more honest and respectable mechanic. They have such great customer service and are more interested in fixing the problem rather than just making money. My only regret is that I did not go here sooner.Thank you so much Victor!!!

I always have trouble finding a mechanic after work. Not only is this shop listed open til 6, i called and was told i could come AT 6 to get an oil change. They let me use oil and a filter i already bought and actually only charged me for the labor. They had a comfortable waiting room with some dessert cups and a large flat-screen tv. The owner himself, Victor, ended up being the one to stay to do my oil change. Extremely respectable guy. Beautiful cars outside. The service bay was completely packed when i got there and i was in and out in an hour that felt like 15 minutes. Will definitely recommend the place

My BMW X5 showed a battery discharge warning on the display screen. A friend recommended Accurate Auto Center, so I called for an appointment and talked to Victor (the owner). Unfortunately, before I could get the car to the shop, it died completely on a busy pawtucket street, but I was able to get it into a parking lot. I called the shop and Victor answered and said he would come over. In a short time, Victor arrived with a portable charger and was able to get it charged up enough to get it to his shop. Same day...They replaced the alternator at a great price!!! I would recommend Accurate Auto to a friend with confidence. The shop is clearly well equipped and spotless. Finally got the ongoing issues resolved with my older MB C280. Victor communicated clearly to me what he determined was the issue, and gave me the options for repair of the vehicle . Victors team executed the repairs within the time frame he gave me. He notified me when the car was ready. It was nice not to have to chase someone for a status. Since then, I have had Accurate Auto Center fix another issue with this vehicle, and like my first visit - the repairs were executed correctly and on time. His folks even did me the courtesy of running my car over to another neighboring business that I had bought tires from and owed me a free alignment.-- and saved me time ! I am typically reluctant to try new shops, however having been given a strong referral from a high end dealership, and having a rare market car that just about nobody wants to work on, I gave it a shot. Here is what I have come to know about AAC: The mechanics are knowledgeable and they have social skills to explain confidently that they have the experience to fix even the toughest issue on a car (in my case a car that should have never made production). The shop itself is impressive, I’m a gear head myself and I could recognize the best of equipment and organization. The value quite honestly, is refreshing. I received better service than anywhere else for less money, on a car that even I don’t want to work on. As a father of a family in hard times I really appreciate this kind of value. 2 days after purchasing a 2013 BMW x1 35i the engine blew and the car was towed to Accurate Auto Center by the people from whom I purchased the car. They told me that Victor was the best....and so he is.He did all the work with the warranty company. He kept me up to date and eventually replaced the bad engine (84,000 miles on it) with a used engine (52,000 miles on it). It took 17 days because of the warranty companys nitpicking (made Victor take the bad engine apart so that they would be satisfied that it wasnt anything that I did).Once that was all done and approved, Victor ordered the engine, gave me an estimate for completion and he had the repair done on time.He also educated me about some seals that would be expected to leak in the near future and recommended the I pay to replace them before the engine was installed, thus saving me hundreds of dollars in non warranty expenses down the road. I followed his advice and now I have a vehicle that I can drive with confidence and a repair center that I can go to that does great work, is honest, and professional.Great work, Victor and I recommend your shop wholeheartedly!

I got into a minor accident scrapped up the front driver’s side, busted the tire and wheel. Victor after carefully inspecting the vehicle noticed there where huge damages done underneath. I had my BMW 645ci towed to Accurate on Monday afternoon. Victor and the guys had it up and running by the end of the week with some major repairs to the electronic and computer systems. The car is a 2005 and has never run better. Communication was great and all issues resolved. I will be a repeat customer and have already referred Accurate to friends.

I drive a Audi q7 I could not find anyone to fix my mmi issue ( no audio ) I even brought my vehicle to Audi in Warwick and completely ripped me off. after bringing my vehicle to 4 different shops, I then went to the Internet to look up a German auto mechanic and BAM! i found Accurate. They are now my go to place for my 2009 Land Rover LR3. They are down to earth, straight forward, efficient and all with a good price. Best repair shop around, specially for European brands. The shop is moving to Pawtucket on Newport ave. The new space is just spectacular and super clean. Definitely my one and only shop to take care of my cars!!!
