Angelo has been extremely helpful throughout the window and cabinet ordering process. The team goes above and beyond to make sure you get your items in a timely manner. Ok. Ordered windows for a project. I was told 2 weeks. Not 2 to 3 weeks. However went back day 17. It was not there. Sales rep said its 2 to 3 weeks. Put me in a bind with contractor as he is going out of state to his next project. Wa ts to finish this job and wants to be paid.

Sale people were very knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. No longer winded pitch in your house. He was in and out in about 25 minutes. They had to do some research to find a source for one of our larger windows, but they found a place. The only thing was that i had to follow up for everything. Initial quote came in pretty quick (less than a week), but then every single follow up took forever. Its been 4 weeks and they havent been able to finish my quote (i wanted a price on a new front door). I have emailed and even called. He apologized for the delay and said he would follow up in 24-48 hours. At this point i feel like if i am doing way to much work for this sale. I have the money ready to spend and I think they should be a bit more proactive when talking about a $10k-12k project.

Ask for Angelo or Danny once you know you have several windows to replace. Pricing is VERY affordable for windows AND kitchen / bath cabinetry. And when we got stuck with a design change last minute, Angelo found the cabinet we needed that day so could finish on schedule. We are considering a project in South Jersey, and they deliver throughout the state...

Yup Im gonna go there. I placed an order on March 19th. Made the deposit and then heard nothing .Called yesterday to check the status of the order to find our the order was never placed. Contacted office only to hear pleads of apologies. I asked for compensation and was told NOPE, NEVER GONNA HAPPEN!You can either take your deposit back or wait for the order to come in with a promise that there is a 90% chance it will be here in a week to a week and a half .You cheap a**es couldnt even compensate us for the inconvenience of our order when it was supposed to be here this week. I dont care how affordable your windows are I will never recommend or refer your company to anyone I know!Btw, the customer is questioning us as to where the windows are .Thanks a lot. Your poor business reflects on our small business.
