This Verizon store is very nice and convenient. The service is great, fast and very friendly! They really care about the customer and are very helpful!
I was in two Verizon stores. The first one was empty, however I was calling then just before I got there and no one answered the phone. The excuse...We were busy the second store next day. Nice person but she was overwhelmed with customers. One employee in a big store. Verizon could do better.
This store is awful. I come In and the lady that helped me was in her phone watching a movie. She didn’t wanna help me. My services were disconnected because I was late, lost my job and found a new one but was back tracked. I made a payment arrangement, went to a Verizon store, Made the payment and it was processed. My internet was still disconnected. I called the store and the man answered said “we aren’t a Fios store, I can only refund you the money” so I picked it up at went to the Fios store. The lady, like I said was on her phone. Told me I had to pay it on the machine and no one there has the authority to restore my services. I told her it was all a misunderstanding someone had to have the authority or at a supervisor. A gentleman saw what happened and helped me out in a way. He’s the only reason I’m giving this a 2 star. He was nice and went out of his way. I won’t come back here.
Customer friendly environment. Employees are very professional and polite. Store has a nice layout and is very clean. The Sales rep was very knowledgeable and the service was quick. 5 out of 5!
I wouldnt recommend switching to Verizon, i just had the worst experience with them. Today was supposed to be my installation day from 8am to 9am they told me. Then 3 hours later they sent me a message saying sorry we missed you please reschedule your appointment, when there app was saying that the technician was going to be 20 minutes late for like an hour straight. Mind you the technician made no effort whatsoever to contact me, despite having my number. Then i proceeded to call and figure out whats going on with my installation and they try to tell me that the technician came but i didnt answer the door. I have 2 dogs so if anyone came to the door i would be the first to know. Anyways i ended up getting my deposit back and cancelled my service with them. If i could give them a 0 stars i would. I dont recommend anyone get Verizon they have the worst costumer service i have ever see. I have never been so disappointed in my life. Optimum may have less than perfect service but there customer service is always number 1 priority, thats why they will always be the best cable company out there!

I traveled from far to get to the store to pick up internet self install kit for my children to do homework. I called the store at 915 to inform I was in route. The person who answered the store was extremely rude and said they would be closing and I stated that the hours of operation was until 930pm she stated and?? I said so I’ll arrive before the closing hour. She hung up the phone and I proceeded. When I arrived at 925pm the store was black and the gate was shut. I asked the security officer and he stated they left 5 mins ago!!! I said I wish I was thier supervisor doing a surprise visit so I could have caught them. The point of this review is that Verizon needs to read this and take action against this type of behavior. I’m not sure what thier hiring process is but all u can say is this store is super unprofessional.
We just wanted to return our router. They closed my account. When i came to home, my internet service didnt work. We got again new ınternet, new router. Bad store,

FIOS customer service is the worst of any tech company Ive come across. My internet was running slow so I called tech support. I was on hold for THREE HOURS before I just gave up. Stay away...

Fios has the worst customer service. You can’t get a person on the phone and if you try, it’s an hour+ wait time. I’m on hold for close to 2 hours now and still nothing. Unbelievable.

Came here 8 minutes before closing on Tuesday 11/12/19. Gate was down and nobody in the store. Very inconvenience since I drove 44 mints to the store and called before coming and they said they closed at 9:30, got there at 9:22 nobody was there. Upsetting because I could of grab my accessories and go, in less than 5 minutes.

DO YOU NEED INTERNET? DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!When switching Verizon Fios services into my name from my exs name, I confirmed on SEVERAL occasions that I would not experience an interruption in service. In fact, I experienced three interruptions in service spanning over an 8 day period. I spent several hours on the phone with representatives in an attempt to correct the issue. I spent additional hours in-person with three separate technicians, all of which assured me that the service would work and each time I lost service again within 24 hours. Because I work from home, this caused me grave inconvenience and money out of my own pocket. I requested a call from Customer Service, which I did not receive. Then I receive a bill for more than TWICE my monthly rate saying to make a payment or my services will be disconnected. I tried the chat feature and was left waiting for over 15 minutes. I called in and spoke to a representative who told me he could only provide a credit for the time I was without service (I believe we call that a correction) for $17. Understanding that was all that was within his power to do, I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor stated repeatedly that there is no additional credit that can be made. When asked why she said it is Verizons policy. When asked why that is Verizons policy, she had no answer. When asked how Verizon invests in the retention of their customers, she had no answer. When asked what else could be done to rectify this for me, she said we are sorry. When asked if I could speak to her supervisor, I was told that Managers do not talk to customers. When I asked for the supervisors name I was told that We cannot give that information out for privacy reasons. I then confirmed that she worked in the Customer Service Department to which she avoided the question three times and finally stated that she worked in Billing. I told her I have the wrong department, I need Customer Service. She stated that Verizon does NOT have a Customer Service Department. Well if nothing else shows you how little this company values their customer, that should do it! When I asked to cancel my newly adopted services because of the immediate issues and refusal to rectify or attempt to retain my business, I was told that a $272 cancellation fee will be applied. Turns out, Cablevision is happy to pay it for me so that will be that. I do not blame the reps I spoke with. I blame Verizon. They dont care to have me for a customer so I dont care to provide them business ... and they may have wanted to ask what I do for a living before writing me off as a inconsequential customer. I advised the supervisor I spoke with to seek employment from a company with a backbone.If you NEED your internet service, dont make this mistake.

Never buy fios from anywhere store from fiosThey will catch you once in lowest price and will increase the bill month after month. When you go to cancel the service the will make you wait on phone call. Plus they will make you to in circle so you keep paying month by month and keep waiting to cancel service.Service is so retarded and third class waited for 45+ min to just talk to a representative.
