I filed my 2020 taxes with Premium Tax Services and there was only one person that spoke English. Everyone else does not speak English only Spanish, my refund was sent out and I never received it in my bank account; so I called And asked to speak to the person that did my taxes she tell me anything I had to pull out my phone to translate what I’m saying to her in Spanish they fired the only English-speaking person in the office and every day she tells me to call back call back the owner is never there and does not returns phone calls so if you don’t speak Spanish or know enough Spanish don’t file your tax with them because I still haven’t gotten my 2020 taxes as yet and it’s been sent out from the IRS they’re telling me to go to the people that did my taxes and nobody can tell me nothing because they don’t speak English and the one person that spoke English no longer works there she’s been terminated

This is me again Angie Henderson I don’t know if you think blocking me would stop me from getting my point across I know how to track my refund I’ve been doing that it’s not the irs they been send out my refund to you premium tax service as u can see I do my tax with your company that you guys will take out your money then send me the rest but it never hit my account it’s funny how I been going to the office everyday for 2 weeks I ask for you your never there but reply fast up there then nobody in the office don’t even speak English at all the one person that does speak English you terminated her so I don’t know if you thought blocking me was not going to get my point across but I want everybody to know if you don’t speak Spanish don’t file your taxes with her company and I have already made a report about it
