These people won’t answer the phone. When I call they pick it up and then hang up, like seriously 😒.

The lack of courtesy really add to our reputation as Dominicans. If they will not answer the phone, why provide a contact number? I just need to ask a simple question!!!!!!

No one will answer the phone, are they really open!? Its a very long drive from home, I guess I have no option outside of making the trip. Dominican style at its finest.

I called then on Thursday to ask if any appointment is needed They misinformed me and told me to just do a Walk in. when I get there on Monday They simply said they change the rules the same day after I drove almost 2 hrs . Mind You there was only one couple waiting unacceptable and unbelievable that They can do whatever They want.

Three hours trying to communicate and in the end, I tried to ask a question and he hung up on me, the same bottle as always, earning money without working. I went to the office and almost all of them were talking, or chatting to Santo Domingo, watching their house from here, believing themselves to be the great thing.

Zero communication, on the part of the board towards the clients and towards the others, bone for the consulate itself, they make their own rules and do not inform their neighbors, which is very bad. Due to the lack of communication, attention is nil. The ladies who work on the board must learn to manage their character because the manner is very ugly, and when they speak they sound very arrogant. And if I could give them zero stars, I would give them. We are all from the same country should try to give a better deal with the deal.

Terrible service, they dont listen to you, they want to do whatever they want with one. You have to wait a thousand years to be taken care of and there is not a little bit of kindness. You have to mentally prepare before coming to this place
