Service is way too slow! They have all these extra charges and fees based on what you need to ship out (like perfume fee, if you ship a well known sneaker brand fee,how much did you pay for the sneakers? A fee based on what you paid, etc). Never provide you with a tracking number. Any item you send takes forever to arrive to its destination. As an example, my mom shipped out 2 very small items and was told it would take about 15 days to arrive, a month has passed and still nothing! But they have the nerve to charge you for quick shipment fee,delicate item fee, and item needs to be carried carefully fee.When you call or go to the office, customer service is non existent. Starting with the owner Martha, she is a piece of work. Never takes responsibility, talks down to her employees and treats her customers the same or worse. The employees follow that path,if you call, they put you on hold so they can continue their conversation (you can listen to everything, I guess they dont know how to use the hold button), if you inquire about your package, you are toast. They tell you its not their fault, or to call back, or to complain with the location where you shipped out to, or even better, yell at you over the phone.So basically, stay away from this place. Their service is horrible. You are better off paying more for a reliable company like FedEx, US or even USPS.

This is the worst place to send your loved ones stuff like clothes,sneakers etc ....it was a nightmare plus all the money that they charged me is craziness at its best.....Also Customer service at the Paterson,NJ Office horrible they got mad at me because i came in at 6:30pm and they closed hours is 7PM gave me attitude all the 15mins I was there and made me feel like i did something wrong...but if they closed at 7 pm why they mad at me that is not my fault they have that business hours and they are in a rush to leave!!!! AS A CUSTOMER I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NO ONE

Very bad service, she is a lady with glasses, of age, (I am not saying anything bad because of her age, just clarifying that she is of the third age), Of the three clients that were in the place, including me, he treated us badly For example I was at the window and I greeted her and she did not answer me, and she looked at me and did not even tell me to wait for me because I was busy, and she made me wait 20 minutes, being alone and in between those 20 minutes a second client arrived and The client asked him for a shipping fee, the Mrs. raised her voice in a superb way, and the Mr. left, and on the phone the third client heard that the Mrs. treated him badly, then when he hung up, he said how it takes me time This person, that Mrs. is not to be a travel agent, you can see the frustration and rudeness of the client, when seeing that the client asks for a discount or does not understand his explanation, he answers badly, he should withdraw and leave educated people to the customer service. 0 stars.

On August 12, a relative sent me a parcel, they have been walking me with the arrival date since then, I call the central and they tell me that until now they do not send my package that is still in the USA when I should have arrived in Peru days ago as they told my relative that I send. :H.H

The first time I went I was attended by a very kind young woman. The second time I was attended by a lady who looked like the owner (she was screaming that she was going to discount 0.50 cents to her employee for silly things) and she treated me horrible I had to withdraw because she was very rude and rough talking, she does not know what it means Customer Support.To send notarized document they charge $ 20 and respect their rates, I was willing to pay that. But when receiving a bad treatment I found and found another agency where they treated me excellently and with education and it was better for me because they charge $ 13 for the same service Ruiz travel highly recommended.

It is a very pesky agency you send parcels to your loved ones in Peru and it does not arrive because X people travel carrying your things and everything you sent never arrives eh even the attention is very bad they do not give you answers ah your shipments only tell you to return ah call and so they have you and it takes between 3 weeks to arrive is the last straw I wont come back to that agency anymore! Great care
