For some reason they don’t answer the phone, that’s really convenient isn’t it? I wanted to call and report the driver of this service that I was behind on route 208. He was not paying attention and was driving in two lanes and swerving. I am not sure if there was a patient in the back or not but it looked like there was. Please get this person off the road because he’s gonna hurt or kill the patients. The number on the truck was 140 driving on 9/1 on 208 south. If you have any decency you will do something about this.

I only gave a star to be able to write a review. This company is rude, unprofessional and vulgar. They do not consider the needs of their clients. Joe is the WORSE person to deal with. He should quit if he hates dealing with people in need of transportation. Im disgusted with Joes attitude. Taking the bus or walking is more pleasant than having Joe disrespect you. My mother is very Ill and they make her wait HOURS out in the cold. God forbid you call to find out how much longer is the wait, Joe will make you feel worse!!
