We were greeted by a man named Efren who was just so friendly and pointed us to where we needed to go. I went in to get store credit or exchange a vanity due to the product looking different from the picture. As we got there the sales associate at customer service was iffy and made it seem like the product was not legit. She calls another sales associate and that person had the same reaction. Now the third sales associate who might have been the manager was slight rude. She asked why the vanity is different from the picture of the box we had. If they would have listened in the first place then y would’ve known that is the reason why we are exchanging or returning the product. They were Trisha, Rene,and I didn’t get to see the name tag of the other woman. So we were at the vanity section where we were approached by Faisal who helped us through choosing a vanity that would suite us. He even went above and beyond to making the transaction of the purchase. Jeff and Ana also approached us asking if we needed help. If it was just them and the guy named Efren who I dealt with I would’ve rated the store five stars. Those women at customer service just needs a tad bit of training with customer service.
Clean, organized and staff super helpful. Great inventory to be honest. I was surprised at some of the items they had in store - specifically lawn mower parts.

This was my first time at this Lowe’s in 3 years and I was very pleased. The two young men in the carpet/floor section were very helpful. The associates at the register were also helpful and polite. Overall a good experience.

This is my 2nd go to place after Home Depot. Lowes is nice place sadly expensive stuff. I wish there are enough staff to guide customers. Current staff working there right now are nice and friendly. Loews needs to put up competition price, stay up to date if they want to survive for long run.

In the middle of a horrible experience with Lowes. Placed an online order for 322 pavers. Supposed to be delivered a week ago. Never came, no call or anything. We called them. Not enough product in their store, needed to get from another location. Promised delivery the following week. They called that morning to say they were going to be short which was fine because we ordered too many. Came that day with smaller quantity, as discussed. Just saw my credit card statement tonight, I was charged for the ful amount!! Called their customer service and was told someone would get back to me, stil havent heard yet!
What an absolute disaster. You cant get a hold of anybody there. Whoever answers the phone is very rude. They would transfer the call without even saying anything. Forget about the installation department. I will not go there ever again.
I purchased a 4 in 1 grill and got the option for free assembly and delivery. I was not expecting it to be a whole week for delivery and then arrive to me damaged, scratched, dirty, rusted and poorly assembled. I tried calling the store for a better grill or discount but the manager only gave me 99 dollars off because I would have to wait 2 more weeks for another. I also asked about the warranty and they said because I’m getting a discount they canceled my warranty. Save your money or don’t get anything assembled there. Terrible house warming gift for my family.

Called 3 times, was left on hold for half an hour, transferred a lot of times and still no one had an answer about my delivery. Was told my delivery was going to be here between 8am and 12pm and also 12pm to 4pm 2 different dates. No one called, no one showed up and I lost 2 days from work.
They are making returns very difficult & they dont stand by their price match policy. The chain has really gone down in my estimation.
I went to the store the people were not helpful at ALL I wanted to purchase a Ring security camera with flood lights didnt have anything. I then went to purchase vinyl fence no one to help two men were standing near the product when they saw me approaching they walked away. I went to the store to support the area .
Clean, friendly staff, easy to navigate. Go here for convenience and under 3.5% sales tax. It’s bigger and less crowded than the other ones in the area and a lot cleaner than home depot.

I purchased 4 large appliances online and Lowes website changed the delivery date to a Sunday which my co-op prohibits. Lowes online customer service said they cant select another date and directed me to call the Paterson, NJ store where the order was being fulfilled. Ive called repeated times and no one picks up in any of the service departments or they pick up and then immediately hang up and disconnect the call! The website wont allow me to cancel the order because its already being processed :( This is the worst customer experience ever!!! DO NOT SHOP LOWES!!!
So I went to Paramus NJ store which shared with me the inventory of the Paterson Lowe’s fences that I was looking for since the Paramus store was out. Went to Paterson location and purchased the fence panels that I needed. They informed me that the deliveries were behind. So it would take about a week and half to receive which wasn’t a problem. Day before delivery they called to tell me that they sold the fence I purchased and no other Lowe’s has any. It’s been over a month and still no fence. They did have a comparable fence but won’t give to me due to new pricing which is more. Just kept pushing me off. No answers no helpThey basically stole my fenceAnd trying to speak to anyone in store on phone good luck no one picks up or they keep transferring you till it just ends up hanging up.Horrible experience with this location and would never use them again.

Non of these big box stores can compare in service to the small family owned Hardware stores we used to have, but Lowes offers a much better customer service than the local Home Depot. More organized and much better managed and operated.

Lowes in Paterson -- Not much regarding customer service. Someone will tell you what aisle the product youre looking for is but wont show you where it is in the aisle. Youre on your own. Not good.
My visit yesterday to Lowes H.I.was good. I had only gone there to pick up an item I bought online. But from all appearance, shoppers were there buying salts, tools and stuff pertaining to the Imminent advent of the snow. The employee who dealt with me was so courteous and attentive. Its a great place to shop!

We went to this location after going to 2 other Lowes locations. The first had the birch plywood we needed but the panel saw was broken. The 2nd location had a working saw but no birch plywood. This location had plenty of ply in stock and a very friendly employee named Doug that cut our wood. I want to take the time and say we greatly appreciate how helpful, polite, and professional Doug was from this Lowes. I know most people usually take the time to complain and write a negative review. I simply want to give a shout out and thank you to Doug for helping us late at night after we left 2 previous locations frustrated.

Ordered a toilet from Lowe’s. Delivery was postponed a few days due to supply chain issue. But on the rescheduled date, the delivery persons were wonderful - moved the toilet where we requested and patiently opened packaging to allow us to inspect the parts. I think the delivery service they use is XPO Logistics - excellent.

Bad service. I purchased bbq and came damaged, hood was dented. Delivery was another 2 weeks so I got some money back. No one was helpful. Very helpful when you want to spend money but when issues arise no one around to help. Never delivering with Lowe’s again. Patterson Lowe’s is the worst.

From when we walked into the garden center til we checked out we had WONDERFUL customer service thanks to Sammy. Usually at places like Lowes and the Home depot sales personnel are no where to be found/ turn the other way when you make eye contact but we had such a nice experience I had to review. Sammy actually came up to us and informed us on the mulch sale which we later bought 8 bags. He helped us load our new grill onto the pick up truck and was so helpful it was refreshing. This store also has more garden supplies then nearby stores. Would return if only for the great customer service.

Their locker pick ups are amazing! You dont have to go into the store, its right at the entrance, you scan the barcode sent on email, a locker opens, you grab your purchase and go. Didnt have to come into contact with a single person during this pandemic! So easy.

I went to buy a couple of items in different departments. I passed by the grills and I saw a lady working there, she was short. I passed by but didnt want to bother her for it seems as if she was alone and there was several customers waiting for their turns. I went to plumbing I got a couple of things there in which you have a nice guy working there, I think his name is Dave or daniel, very polite. I went back to the grills and saw the lady again. As I was looking at the grills she was with a customer. When she was done, she came up to me and said, hello, Im sorry for the wait, is there anything I can help you with? To make a long story short I give Maribel 5 stars because she was alone, managed to help all of the customers she had and with a nice polite attitude she helped me and I bought a Char broil grill. I hope Lowes appreciates people like Maribel because good workers are hard to find. Thank you
Recently bought a house and decided to demo the kitchen to upgrade it. We shopped at Lowes for all our needs. We are always greeted with a smile. I must give a 5 start rating for their customer service. Definitely a thank you and steller service to Willie for going above and beyond. He was amazing getting our appliances ordered if it was not available in the store and anything else we needed; whether it was tools or regular purchases. I also want to give a thank you Jarette it the kitchen cabinets department. Keep up the awesome service.

I saw a cute fall gnome on Pinterest and found that it was made out of a 33” tomato cage. I saw that they were in stock at the Lowe’s In Paterson. I went there to get one since I didn’t have such a good time with doing curbside pickup/ store pickup. I looked in the isle that it was supposed to be in and didn’t see it. I went to ask a clerk where they were located. He told me that they had put them away for the season and that he would get someone to take them down for me. He was very nice and we chatted for a little bit. I waited for about 10 minutes before he finally came with someone that could take them down. I told him that I needed a 33” one and didn’t want one of the bigger ones.( they had three sizes) He told me that he thought it was a 33” one and didn’t even care to measure it. When I got home, I looked at my receipt and noticed that it was the 52” one. I was so mad because that was the tallest size they had. It was too big for the gnome and I don’t get why he didn’t care to measure it since half of them carry tape measures around! I would not recommend if you need a certain size of something! Terrible service! Definitely will go to Home Depot to get them from now on.

Lowe’s is a little better than Home Depot. At least I can get help here if I’m patient. Somehow Lowe’s seems more organized than other DIY centers. The only complaint is low inventory, but that may be bec of Covid.
Got what I needed but check out was a total CF. I was using a $15 credit. Needed my DL# to use it. Didnt take. Finally went to a cashier who was able to help. AVOID the automatic check out. All you are doing is increasing Lowes profits. Systems are old and dont work.

I placed an order online. First of all I didn’t get any notification that my order was ready to be picked up until I called MYSELF to ask if it was ready and that was 5 days after I made the purchase (unfortunately I had to work so I couldn’t pick it up). Then someone calls and leaves me a message while I’m at work on day 6 saying my items are ready to pick it up ASAP. Mind you I needed these items by day 3. Day 7 comes and they cancel my order since I didn’t pick up within 7 days. Had someone called me or emailed when it was ready to be picked up ON THE DAY IT WAS READY. This wouldn’t have happened. Horrible communication skills. I will reorder again, but DEFINITELY not from this location.

Especially, when it comes to spending my hard earn money at a business like Lowes Home Improvement.Unfortunately, I didnt have the pleasure of having a good customer experience in the returns department with the manager, Gambino.To my surprise, I couldnt believe he was even a manager from the way he treated as an unimportant customer.I literally stood next in line waiting to be properly serviced for a return I held for number of minutes while he stood in face view conversating with an employee ending her shift.The entire time I looked at him hoping hed have the decency of doing his job to help me, but he looked through me as if I werent there.So I gave him the benefit of doubt and waited until he was done talking with his coworker, thinking hed attend to me afterwards.Nope, that didnt happen!He turned and looked at me, then walked in the opposite direction as to pretend he was busy and needed no help.By this time, Im boiling but I didnt say anything until it was my turn to be helped by Apolliana. Ill be doing a separate review of her with a totally different experience.I demanding to speak to Gambinos manager Gabriel who was kind and apologetic for my bad experience.I also spoke to a manager above him name Jadiro who too was kind and apologetic for his actions.This Lowes gets a ONE star for TWO reasons:1. For lacking the basic customer service skills every 1st level employee and manager should possess, he missed with me.2. For making this guy a manager who outright refused to do his job properly.Im sure it isnt his first time.I wrote this review for you and the managers of Lowes to be aware of this conduct so that we as valuable customers are treated with respect.

Had a smooth experience yesterday with picking up and cutting 16 blinds/shades. Taylor was very nice at the pick up counter. Jordan was excellent in the blinds department. He was very knowledgable and patient with me throughout the process.
Every person I encountered on the phone, customer service, and the gentleman who helped me was friendly and made me feel welcome! Keno was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful his customer service was outstanding and he helped me have an amazing experience! 😊

Great floor sales guy in the door area. We were buying a bunch of pine wood lumber and it was late in the evening and I was searching my phone for a coupon. I asked the guy about 10 feet away in the door department if he knew how to use the coupon that I was trying to use (no bar code on it since I was loading on line coupons) and he told me it was an online one but if I opened a credit card I could get $20 off of a hundred and I was spending $103. Anyway, it only took five minutes to open the credit card and I got 20 bucks off the lumber which was a great savings. This guy Vincent put the paperwork through so all I had to do at the register was tell them that the invoice was already written up and it took a minute to check out through their computer system. What a fast and efficient way to save money at a store that was very clean. Then Vincent told me that I will get 5% off in the future using that Lowes card. Now Im really glad I opened it.

I drive past 3 other home superstores to get to this one. It has the best election and you get an excellent discount (5%) when using your Lowe’s card.
They dont really help you when you purchase an appliance that starts disfunctioning after the store 30 days warranty. They wipe their hands and your stuck with repair people and back order pieces of a product that is suppose to make your life easier. Guess who wont be buying appliances there??
None of the employees know where mapp gas is. I asked 4 different people. Two said they didn’t know and one found another person who told me the wrong isle.
