Never open on time. Post-COVID they started opening at 6am and the lady that opens in the mornings is always late. Shes 27 minutes late as Im writing this and 12 people outside waiting while 3 left. People have things to do and are paying for their gym membership. Extremely disrespectful.

I normally dont give reviews but theres a lady call Vanessa, I went here to check on the cost and how they operate this lady make it very simple for me, I was already having a bad but her smile keep me calm. She really help me out.Thank you vanessa.

A lot of the gym members are rude and use various machines at the same time without the regard of other members. Weights, barbells, personal belongings are always on the floor. I have tripped various times. I talked to the Manager about these issues more than once but they dont enforce cleanliness and sharing equipment/weights between members.

After being a member of this gym or about 8 months, the owner of this gym (Nick), and his General Manager (Brian) no matter what problem you may have, they will directly take care of it without hesitation if they have to. The place is very clean and you got all the weight machines you may need for every muscle on both isles of the gym, they even have one employee disinfecting the whole gym every couple of hours, and the peace on the place you can even feel it. All members behave very respectfully with one another, and women got nothing to worry about anything in this gym when they do their regular sets. Women even got their private areas to do their normal exercise routines .....

This gym has always been well kept every time I came in. The tasty shake bar is great for grabbing something delicious and nutritious on your way out. Or you can just pretend your at a healthy gym bar.

I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the gym staff are nice, the gym itself is nice, big and clean which is really important to me...but it is time for a few upgrades and for management to fix a few wear and tears on some machines and the building.

This place is conning people. I went to cancel the membership due to COVID. I don’t want to take chance. I told them want to cancel the membership. They told me to send an email, which I did. Today I received a letter from collection. I’m taking them to court.

Bathrooms clean, machines clean, It does not stink like other gyms, they don’t have broken machines and if they break they repair them fast, the smoothies are delicious and the staff is friendly especially Kayla, Rosa and Bryan and another person he has braids works in the night (I do not know his name) I love this gym the bad thing that they close early on Saturdays and Sundays and at 4:30 pm they don’t make smoothies (Sundays)

Gym is very clean, workers are extremely nice. 8pm is a nice hour to go! Not very crowded! And mornings are great too! Compared to other gyms, with the amenties and space (parking is included) I think the price is pretty good!

Love the dry sauna in the ladies area. The shower stalls are secure and private, with a glass door that can be securely closed and hooks for belongings while you shower. Lots of electric sockets for your own hair dryer or option to use the gyms hair dryer! The employees and also people exercising were friendly, helpful, nice. Nice to have a filtered water fountain plus an option to buy a fresh smoothie. Glad I joined. Im new,; so, still exploring all the perks and rewards.

Pros:Convenient location & parking.- It’s right off of Rt. 80, so it’s fairly easily accessible, and 2hr validated parking to the garage is offered.Cardio & weights are usually not too crowded and available.- I’ve never been there when it’s been so busy that a treadmill or like equipment was not free.Sauna is good post-workout.Cons:The jump ropes aren’t readily available on the gym floor. It’s a minor thing, but when I’m looking to quickly workout, having to ask to borrow one at front desk was inconvenient.The gym is kept fairly clean overall, and most of the staff is relatively friendly.

When I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent breeze. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there

Gym is awesome. Work at the hospital next door. Able to get a good lift in, equipment is new and in good shape and has everything you can need. the hours are also really good. Would recommend this gym to anybody. Thanks Guys!!

Great gym! Recently moved to the area and was worried about local amenities. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have every piece of equipment you could possibly need no matter your workout goals... cross fit, free wights, cardio, classes, everything! Theyve also got a great shake bar that I highly recommend for your post workout needs.

Great place to workout. Fun and friendly environment with cutting edge equipment and little to no wait times even during peak hours. All that and still less expensive than other gyms in the area.

It has all of the things I need. Juice bar, childcare, etc. Very tasty juice bar!! And my kids love it!

3 star review for a 5 star gym.I recently had to change from mornings to late afternoon/early evening. Every time I head into the gym theres this big guy singing loudly as he works out. Ive approached the staff about this but no one seems to know what to do. Im not one to complain but Im looking for some help.

If youre in Paterson this should be the only gym you go to. Ive been to many other gym and this is by far the best one we have available. They have any equipment youll ever need to attain the body that you wish to achieve.

Metro has a great hours for the anytime lifter. The staff are professional & their shakes/muffins taste amazing. The equipment is clean and maintained to standard. Friendly crowd of exercisers, welcomes all levels of experience.

I WENT TO THIS GYM WITH MY BOYFRIEND A COUPLE OF NIGHTS AGO TO FIND OUT INFO ABOUT THE PRICES AND HE ENCOUNTER THESE TWO NASTY HISPANIC SHORTY GIRLS WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE EVER. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Love working out at Club Metro, staff are very polite and professional, only request would be to be open later in Friday evenings and weekends for people who work.

Another missed workout today because club metro continuously fails to open on time. 5am opening time was the selling point for me..the only time that I have to get my workout in..the reason that I chose to join this gym. However, at least once or twice a week, I dont get my workout in because no one is there to let myself or the other 10-15 paying customers in to workout... I can honestly say that they have improved with opening the doors on time. They get another star. Not a bad place to workout

Great location - I park in the parking garage and walk right down to the gym, if it’s raining I don’t get wet lol place is also clean and employees are nice ... I just need to get there more often 😂

Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, members are awesome. Everyone is very friendly there. Only critique is that I wish they had more sets of 15-20 lb DB’s. When it gets busy, it’s hard to find them, but that’s with any gym. Otherwise it’s a great gym, I love it there.

Perfect location and just a perfect gym for me. I go to the Jersey City location quite a bit as well as I work there. Great gym. Clean. Never too packed and ownership team is always present.

I love this gym, is big and confordable. Also they have the perks program that I love because motivate everybody. The personal is very friendly and the gym is super clean.

Managers and staffs are super Nice, not only did I get my husband to give up membership of the old gym and join me at club metro, he loves it here. The trainers are experienced and knowledgeable in the type of exercise to sculpt your body.

Machines are covered in dust, every mirror had smudged handprints, seems like it hasnt been cleaned in months and every mat is torn apart.

I like this gym alot ..however i wish there was more machines because once 5 pm hits there are alot of people Nd no machines and have to wait..especially with the muscle machines...that cause me to change my working out to earlier time or wayyy later ..this is an inconvenience..on a more positive note love sauna, shake bar Nd child care! Staff is very nice and friendly
