This is the worst dentist ever! You go at the time of your appointment and will be sitting waiting for 2 or more hours even if your in pain. I went on Thursday to get an extraction and the dr. That did the extraction told me the anesthesia was probably not going to work how supposed to because of the tooth infection, and i said you can start slowly id i feel anything i will raise my hand and you will stop, well i did raise my hand the doctor did not stop and tears were coming out . I swear i felt the tooth get extracted and he did not sow me up and left a piece of tooth inside me, very bad doctor ! Do not recomendable for nothing.

Have been here in the past no problems. Six months ago went for a few fillings they somehow missed 2 sent me for cleaning where I learned about 2 cavities. Been over 6 months and keep getting pushed back and blown off to rectify. Will never use them again!!!

My visit to West Broadway Dental was better than I expected it to go. The nurses were polite & very welcoming. The dentist was understanding, patient, and helpful. Their service deserves a 5+ star rating.

Very impressed with how quick and efficient my first visit was to this office. Happy to see staff was adhering to COVID-19 protocols (wearing masks, asked me to wash my hands as I entered the back). Would only suggest that staff ask other clients to fix their masks to properly go over their noses. Also, visit was so quick, I didnt even catch the name of the dentist. I did thank the assistants and asked for their names. Im just very particular about customer service and being able to know providers by names.

Well everything was good making appointments did paperwork on line and when I got to the office with my sister fir her appointment checked in, I was informed that website did not have my registration so I had to do all the paperwork again. I waited 2 hours since 10:30 am and when I told the front desk that I had to put money in the meter again she informed me that they forgot about me that I should have been called awhile ago!! Then told me I had to wait till 1 pm because they all left for lunch.

I been there seven times last year and I still having the problem and I ending up losing two teeth as well. They are very unfair, after I paid my hard working money for a root canal that didnt came out well they want me to pay a different money to take out the same tooth and I did a filling twice on one of my top corner tooth and up to now it still paining me. By the way my correct name is Vincent Hudson if you want to look up my file.

If you have the ability to go to another place try to do so. You have to go out of your way to get quality work instead of them ensuring that they only give quality work! Prices are reasonably low but you get what you pay for.

This office is full of life. The staff makes you feel very comfortable. They are fast and efficient and very knowledgeable.

They have flexible schedules, there is little to no wait time, and the dentists are very polite. These are their only redeeming qualities. I feel like the dentists are so nice to compensate for how poor of a job they do. They offer bare minimum quality, and patients deserve better. My temporaries constantly fall out because their newly recruited assistants have little to no experience, they constantly have to shave down my permanent teeth because for some reason it never fits when its suppose to be their job to create accurate permanent teeth. Theyre sloppy and unorganized and constantly arguing amongst themselves. I usually bite back my words, afraid to speak my mind for fear of judgement, but Im done dealing with this office. Theyre decent and only decent. Their mistakes are understandable, but still not justifiable. I dont know what good dentistry is like because Ive gone here all my life, but I know it shouldnt be like this. Going to the dentist isnt always a walk in the park, but it shouldnt be a walk in hell either.

I love this place ! I’ve been coming to this office since I had teeth . Yes I have patients so a little wait won’t hurt no one . I wait there usually 1 and half hour to 2 hour completely, my orthodontist has never TALK TO ME AND I HAVE LIKE ONE YEAR OR MORE THERE, HE ALWAYS SEND other people WHO ARE JUST SIMPLE WORKERS THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY TEETH EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT MEAN, BUT I HATE THAT HE SEND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO HIS JOB, SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Had plenty of fillings done at West Broadway Dental in the past couple of years which turned out good. The biggest con of this place would be the long wait times.

I was a little skeptical about going due to all the negative comments they received, but I gave it a try and I have no regrets. The longest Ive ever waited was 10-15 mins tops. The orthodontist is amazing. He explained the treatment plan and process very carefully.

This place is straight trash. I have a good PPO and they took advantage.. first I had an appointment at 1pm and wasn’t seen for about 2 hours. Then I go inside and the dentist says he can not do anything the day of. I come back the next day and spent another 5 hours waiting to get my tooth extracted. The worst part is that I see that one Dr is contracted by Cigna and they put me with another who is not. Where I would have been charged almost nothing to have my work done now I’m receiving a $405 bill from a place with no class. I will never be going back here and if their was a 0 star they would get it. They believe that they can waste our time because most of the patients they see are on Medicaid or Medicare. Never again will I go here.

I’ve been coming here for a while now. When it comes to going to the back of the office it’s fine. But when it comes to scheduling and appointments I had an appointment to fix a cavitity that was fixed very messy. So I wanted it to get shaved off. Then my appointment was for 11:30 and I waited an hour to get seen and when I would go up to the desk to ask when I would be seen they would say you’re next, you’re next. Or I’ll just be standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge me and they would just take the next person that walked in knowing that I was standing waiting my turn. I never write a review but I have never felt so bothered in my life. It’s unprofessional and time wasting.

Waiting time was just right for me.... Dr Greenberg staff was good. And the Dr himself dis a great job with my root canal....

This is the most unrofessional office. They never take you on time. They ask you to come in at one time but dont see you till an hour and a half later. Making an appointment is a hassle. You have to text a number and wont be called back till hours later. They have little consideration for your time. They lie about appointment times and regardless of having an appointment they still take you first come, first serve.

This dental practice is the worst Ive ever seen. I hate to say it but they are a racist practice now. My personal experience is as follows.... Im getting a tooth extracted. The dentist. Mr. Lang & his assistant can not get the tooth. They almost broke my jaw!! I was in pain and now scared to proceed with the procedure so I requested to leave. Upon leaving I asked the dentist for a pescription for antibiotics due to half of the tooth still remaining in my mouth. He told me no. Then replied you dont need nothing. I just went to the ER where they took care of me & my tooth. I received the antibiotics & pain medication I needed. Thanks St Josephs!!!

He worst experience of my life. I went to this place for the FIRST TIME to a check in my teeth because I had a hassle. I made an appointment for three in the afternoon to solve that problem. I was left waiting three hours waiting. then they tell me they could not find my information. After 5 minutes I was told that the doctor was gone and the only thing I could do was cleaning.I left this place and didnt hear a sorry from them. I lost three hours of my day in this place, I will never come back.

Horrible service. I had an appointment for 2:30pm got there 10 minutes before. Waited for almost 2 hours. When I got up to ask if I was nextone of the girls that work up front got very nasty and rude. I also asked for my paper work back because it had all my personal information and it was just laying around in a garbage bin in which easily someone would have access to. I would not go there even if they pay me. Horrible customer service. The worst place I’ve ever been to.

The waiting was great 5 mins max when first come in, the staff is nice and friendly and the establishment is professional and great. Dr greco and nidia was great and comical they made me feel comfortable in the chair while working on me. Best dentist in paterson.

Everyone was courteous & efficient, as usual; my only complaint is having to wait more than a week for my next visit & even longer for a bigger procedure (insurance reasons), stuck with major tooth pain in the meantime.

I went in to hope they would at least pull my tooth. But again, they told me I don;t know what to tell you, Jill. It is unethical to pull your perfectly good tooth when all it needs is a $5000 (root canal and crown) you can not afford or course). I am in terrible pain and I can not live with it for the next day never mind the next 30 years if I live that long. I am suicidal. I told them I am suicidal from thh pain and I asked the Doctor for 3 days more pain medicine Percocet the legal limit and he refused to give me veen that and took my $30- telling me to leave AND HE CAN NOT HELP ME BECAUSE i DO NOT HAVE MEDICAID INSURANCE,

The wait time is ridiculous!!! They do not communicate with each other well. They have given me appointments and when I would show up half the time they wouldnt even know what it was for or it was for the wrong thing. They have called ME a few times asking me to reschedule due to over schedualing. I have a busy schedule and have called out of work for them to call me the day of or day before to ask this. I have signed in to the appointment sheet and have been completely skipped waiting hours with no one knowing anything. OH, and some of the staff are ( unprofessional). Their are nice and professional ones but once you get to the back you will know what Im talking about. The things they talk about. They curse and talk very filthy. Gossiping about coworkers but mainly customers. I felt so uncomfortable. there was a women who assisted with my wisdom tooth estraction, she is rude and unprofessional. Kept throwing smart comments, rushing me with answers to her questions and getting upset at everything!!!. Made me feel so unwelcome. Girls at the front fest are nice although someone there tends to mess up a lot.

I am very pleased overall with the polite and kind treatment by the staff. I decided to go to this office when I was frantically seeking an oral surgeon that was not a douche-bag and would accept my insurance. I went here a total of 3 times and reason why I didnt give 5 starts was because first appointment was scheduled incorrectly since all I need was a consultation with surgeon and they had scheduled me for a cleaning which I had recently done at another office so that visit seemed like a waste of time. The wait time is like most drs 1-2 hrs which is typical. Yestersay I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed finally and I still feel some discomfort but not as bad as I had thought initially. Thanks to Dr. Tamimi and staff. Also Ashley for great educational tips on proper oral at-home care. Thank You!

Today I went because of a piece of bone that broke thru my gum and when I just got there, okay I understand it was crowded but for Godsakes I walk.up to where the girls work and 2 out of the 3 girls that work there treated me as if I was invisible. Plenty of times that I gage been at this dentist office, this is the first time they were unprofessional. They didnt even say anything, when the other girl came back that was sitting in between them, I had got.her attention and told her that I was told to come in.between 9-11 a.m..... When she asked if I was signed in, I said no because they didnt bring out the sign in sheet, I said I guess Im invisible. Bad enough Im in excruciating pain. A guy who walked in mins after me, the girl on the left attends to him. I was like really wow I.must be invisible. The 2nd girl who sat in.the middle was more attentive. I will say their are other staff members who are very professional and courteous, who I get along with. The surgeon who I saw today was very understanding and took it easy when performing Surgery to relieve my pain And did everything to make me comfortable and put me at ease as well as the assistant

I hated this dental place since I was a kid. I decided to give it another chance since I just need my tooth pulled. I called to schedule an appointment and I have been waiting for 10 minutes. You know what I am so glad that this happened because it just reminded me of how horrible this place is and they still havent changed. So I guess Ill be looking for a dentist outside of Paterson.
