First time going in November to get 2 laptop fix, one was my hp I thought was a virus so i got it cleaned and 2nd my chromebook my screen crack. When I went home my daughter realized her camera does not work so I took it back and explained the situation and show my receipt that they charge me the 1st time which was $245, now they want to recharge me a $150. Even though I bought the 2 computer back they should not have charge me that much. I wont be going back they are thieves and dishonest. Do not go to this place. ZERO STARZ THEY DESERVE

I came in with one problem and left with two. The young lady attempted to fix/find the issue but sent me to completely different electronics. Asked for the manager, and employee had no way of supposedly contacting them . I could let it go, but twice I got the same experience from this place but it’s my last.

I went there with a broken screen and they fixed it no problem . Then went home and my phone screen popped off my whole phone . Went back being that I have a warranty. And the girl told me the manager glued my screen to my phone . And wasn’t put on properly. She put a “new” screen on and Before she gave me my phone back she asked me if my phone pressed things on it’s own and I told her no . She worked on it more and gave it back . Went back after the ghost pressing didn’t stop and a different girl witnessed it happening and called her manager to ask what to do and her MANAGER . Told her DONT FIX IT . They put a bad screen on my phone and didn’t want to fix it . They are TERRIBLE . Still dealing with it making it VERY HARD to run my business from my phone .

I went here this weekend to get my phone fixed- it went really well! The woman who fixed my phone was very thorough, and fixed it very quickly. My screen and LCD are perfect now, and I have no issues with the light or touch screen. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible experience. While I was waiting for my phone there was someone complaining about customer service and them not fixing his phone properly. They asked me to leave and my phone would be ready in an hour. It only needed a screen, but they would call me. Over 2 hours later I called they advised me to come pick up my phone. When I arrived they replaced it with a new screen, I later found out from Apple they put the wrong screen on. But now because of putting on the wrong screen they damaged my mother board and I need a new phone. So the cost me over 300 dollars to fix the issue. Stay away from the place they don’t know what they are doing. In addition upon my arrival there was another customer with issues . Customers be aware costly mistake. I’ll be contacting better Buisness bureaus and lodging a formal complaint.

Got my device repaired here took no longer then 20 minutes. The repair they did for me on my screen came out great! Phone looks brand new!! Thanks to these awesome techs and there wonderful customer service. Definitely will be coming here again for any other future repairs.

I first went to drop my phone off because I had a broken screen, told victor I was going to take a week or two to pick it up . Two weeks came I came back spoke to another employee and asked if I could get some more time, they said it was fine, not one time did anyone state the policy of the store . So when I come to pick up the phone at first they said they could not find it, then they found it but someone took apart my phone, then Noel who was very helpful tried to fix the phone but now they tell me the home button does not want to work, I tried asking to speak with the owner they kept giving me the run around, also when I asked for my phone they still wanted me to pay for it after they messed it up, I have never been so dissatisfied with a company and its employees, I think its terrible that people will treat customers this way after the customer came and spoke with the employees and had a agreement as well as victor never took my contact information and never once tried to see if I needed my phone or to let me know it was ready . I will never recommend these people to any onesome more time to pick it up, they said it was fine

I went to get my ipad unlocked and they said it will take two hours and then we went back the next day and the guy wasnt there and I still dont have my ipad .

(DO NOT VISIT) If zero stars was an option - it would be ours. Mothers screen needed fixing quickly and AT&T actually re-directed us there.They fixed it but ruined the ear piece, we re-visited for them to fix it and he said the ear piece had to be changed - yet it worked perfectly fine with its damaged screen, then had the audacity to say I havent worked on this type in a while when pendejo was the one that just did it about TWO days ago. Practically trying to wash his hands and trying to take advantage, when we clearly remembered it was him.After taking it to a trusted establishment - Apple and Mall - GSP, they ran tests and determined the screen was eating away at the system or something, (mind the recent work wasnt mentioned). So... spent $105.00 for a bootleg screen/ protector and another buck and half for a real one.Please save your time, money and nerves by submitting a claim to your carrier if insured or Apple, if youre going to spend money here it might as well be at a trusted establishment that will solve your problem instead of adding to it. Moral of the story DO NOT VISIT.

There known as I fix screen now dont go get your screen fix from them they use cheap screens paid 200 for my galaxy s6 lcd screen 2 days last the lcd screen was crack just from being in my pocket took it back to them they did do anything for me...there service sucks and they use cheap parts that brake easy

The place is good but charges like $50 extra.. My samsung s6 lcd broke and I asked how much it would cost to have it replaced and he said it would be $200 but in another shop like 1 block away they said it would be $165.. Now I realize that I can just buy the parts on amazon for like $120+ and fix it myself... But yeah I will say the service is great because they fixed my Samsung s5 before :D

I went there looking for used iphone 4 my husband and they sold me to buy this new iphone 4 just came out an intellinav se the phone. I got hoodwinked. Doesnt work. It just keeps telling me no Signal. Buyer beware. Please Please dont buy anything from them. They will sell you an empty box for $100 which is essentially what I got.
