I used to take my son here for his haircuts. They were my number one spot. I used the same barber (Rico) all the time. Really nice guy and very professional. Had no problem spending money with him, and tipping him for his services. If he wasnt available, I would go to whomever was available because his usual barber wasnt there. Anyway, one night I took my kid there, and there was only one barber cutting hair. There was maybe two customers waiting and one in the chair. I asked the barber ( the feminine looking one with the long hair and its cut low on the sides lol)..I asked are you the only one here?...his reply was Do you see anyone...... Before he finished his sassy remark, he caught himself and answered yeah. I sensed a negative vibe coming from this sassy guy. Any other time, he/or anyone would have gotten checked, but I really had to get my kid a hair cut and we were in a hurry. But, the nerve of this guy...everytime I go in there, he seemed ad if he had an attitude towards the black man. Unacceptable, especially if Im paying money for your services. Anyway, that was enough for me to leave their establishment alone. I miss working with Rico..he was really the only down to earth one that worked there. Everyone else seemed to have a chip on their shoulder, that I would gladly knock off...but, Im just tryna get my kids hair cut, not beef with someone for no reason. Needless to say, I went to another barber and got my kids hair cut. How can you have a problem with black people, but your establishment is in a predominantly black area of town.. Not too smart.
