My water line that fed into my toilet was leaking causing a puddle to build up in my upstairs bathroom and downstairs ceiling to be stained. I called at 9:15am and was greeted by a polite professional. We were told the technician would arrive between 11 and 1pm. Julian arrived on time, just before 11am!Our technician, Julian, was fantastic! He was on time, professional, and explained the issue to us well. He fixed the issue and now there are no more leaking issues and there were no unexpected costs when he was finished.If we have another issue I will be requesting Julian! Overall, great experience.

Called on Tuesday afternoon and was immediately scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.Sam showed as scheduled after getting a text he was on the way. My pool heater was not working. He quickly diagnosed my problem, replaced the part with ease and had me up and running in no time. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend them. Absolutely professional, courteous and reasonably priced. 100% positive experience!!!

Beware of bait and switch. I would have loved to put in a 5 star review. I called the company based on the 5 star google reviews. I recently wanted to see if there was anything I could do get my central air blow colder air.I called a few places before I eventually landed on Advanced and was quoted the price for the full inspection was 79.00$ I agreed and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time and were VERY professional when arrived. They wore masks, shoe covers etc. The technician was great was able to identify the a few issues, which he showed me on his cell phone (frayed wires, some growth in the outdoor condenser?). He said I could speak the office to get these repaired. Based on my initial conversation and initial cost (of 79.00) I no expectation of this being included in the cost. Once the technician had left the office called me and asked me how I wanted to pay. The price was now $251.00. I asked to have the explanation of the work that was done (considering it was now almost 3 times what was quoted (for a diagnostic/evaluation). After asking for the manager I was told he was not available but the person I spoke did offer to read the invoice to me again (was very cordial and polite). They didn not address the concern of disparity of cost.I dont like hassles, after asking several times why I was quoted 79 and then charged 251.00 I paid the 251 and said I would just write the review (this accordingly).Note I have PSE&G worry free, there was nothing wrong with the unit (as they also identified - outside of potential future issues from wiring). According the tech it was blowing colder air (I cannot say if thats true or not the house is roughly the same temperature and they measured (apparently) when they started ) and he changed the filter (which I provided) and slid into the unit (about 30seconds ish).if this is worth 251.00, and you dont mind paying almost three times the cost than this is the right place for you. I despise dishonesty and have just elected to not do business with them anymore and rate them accordingly.

Scam. Do not give credit card info as they will charge without authorization. Techs came and made our AC situation worse. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not use.EDIT: This is a follow up for three days after the review.Follow up on a previous review. Three days after we received “preventive maintenance” and overcharged without permission, we turned the AC off only to have dust particles rain from the unit. These guys are the real deal. They replaced my gas water heater, and it was great. They helped me buy a robust new unit. Throughout the project, they made sure that it was up to my liking. They work with clients and value their opinion. I hope I never need a replacement in the future, but if I do, I know who to call.

I am not one to verbally bash a business, however as a owner of multiple properties in the Passaic county area, I found this company to be extremely unprofessional. I contacted this company to inquire if they could come out on an emergent basis as my radiators on my third floor unit would not heat. Initially rthe receptionist was helpful and advised that the tech would call me 40 minutes prior to arrival. However, the receptionist called me and told me that the tech was at my property and never provided meThe grace period. When I finally arrived, I called back the receptionist as the tech was not the property she advised, that he is at “ the bodega”. The tech finally arrived 20 minutes late and assessed the issues I found it to be quick as he did not turn on the boiler or check the radiators. He only quickly pointed out pipes that needed to be fixed. The tech did not speak any English so insisted that he call someone from the company so that I may explained the issue. He called the tech “ Rachel “she spoke to him in his native language and advised him to check radiators he did. However the only thing he kept saying was “ boiler no good” . This was a new 2 year old boiler. The tech left and I attempted toCall the office to be provided quote I even left a message on their after hour recorded line. (I’m sure they will respond and state the lines are recorded for quality and assurance) and I called and severalTimes and left messages. Finally the next day The receptionist gave me the run around about getting in touch with Rachel to be priced and quoted. The receptionist even lied about her ( Rachael) being in the office. Finally Rachel got in touch with me and gave me a quote of $1,950.00 to bled system and check radiators. I told her ok and to provided me the estimate/ proposal by the end of the day. Can you believe she never provided it. Because I’m proactive and stellar business woman I already had another plumbing company coming out. They quoted me 550 dollars to do the same thing. This business I honestly believe is SCAM. They rip ppl off, and have terrible business acumen. Please DO NOT USE THEM. I have never in my life witness such poor business. I am business owner myself, don’t let the outer appearance fool you, the way they screen call.Distastefully priced and so unprofessional. I’m an extremely busy person and I hope that this review helps another customer . DONT CHOOSE THEM!!!!

I would highly rate the company. My furnace was not working, so I hired another company to diagnose it. The service person came and removed the motor. He stated that the motor needs to be replaced and will cost me $1500 to do so. Since my furnace is old, it is better I replace it and will cost me $5000 for a new furnace. He charged me $170 for coming and left the motor outside the furnace stating since it is not working, there is no point putting it back.So, I called 5-6 other companies for a quote and everybody gave me the same ball park number. I had got a promotional offer from Advanced Professional, so I wanted to give them a try. From the very first call, Advanced Professional was truly professional. Valentina was extremely courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. Joey was the technician that came over. He tested the motor and stated that there is nothing wrong with it. It is the capacitor that is not working. He replaced the capacitor and placed the motor back to the furnace and my furnace was working. It is now a week since I called Advanced Professional and I am very happy with their services. I have saved their number and would definitely call them again if I need to.

Advanced Professional Plumbing is truly the way to go! As a homeowner, you wonder which plumbing company will serve your needs without ripping you off. APP workers and staff members are truly professional, efficient and knowledgeable about their craft. Ive called them twice in reference to two different services and I wasnt disappointed. From start to finish I was completely satisfied with the job. I was contacted promptly when I made the appointment and was given my time preference for the service call. While I was home waiting, I received a call from the Advanced Professional Plumbing and Heating office to advise me that the men were about 30 minutes away. This was great. You know how hard it is to wait and not know if theyre on their way or not. The person I spoke to was very polite and took down all the information of how to gain access to my building, which has a difficult intercom system. Once the plumber came in I showed him what I wanted done and he was back in a matter of minutes with his toolbox to do the job. He worked quickly, neatly and quietly. When he was done he had me come to look to make sure that I was satisfied, but he was very professional and friendly. I received a call the next morning to find out if I was satisfied with the work. I absolutely was and I would definitely recommend this company to friends and other people searching for a plumber on google. I would also use them again. This was a great stress-free way to get things fixed.

Last week we found a break in the water main pipe connecting to our home. Called 4 plumbers, 1 never returned our call and 2 gave us dates that would have left us without water for 3-5 days. This Company immediately returned our call, asked for a snapshot of the issue so he could give us an estimate on the spot, and set an appointment between 12 & 3 the next day. We received a text message the next day letting us know the plumber was on the way. He arrived on time and immediately began working. They came in slightly below the estimate.I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I decided to write my first review because guys from this company did an excellent job! A week ago, my air conditioner suddenly stopped working.I found this Company on google and I have no regret. Tech came within an hour, He had explained everything about the air conditioner. Great job! everything works perfectly now. I recommend these guys!

This company only gets two stars for the technician that came out. The poor ratting is for the customer service. When made appointment said system is working but recently purchased home and would like someone to walk me through system and check it. I explained I had 89$ tune up coupon. I believed this is what I would be charged. When I was charged $125 plus tax I called and was told that wasn’t what was agreed on and then was transferred to another person who hung up on me.

This place is a SCAM!!! They say one charge on the phone and charge you triple after the service. Nobody explains “additional” fees when you call - how convenient. On top of that they set me up for an appointment next day with a confirmation text of the day before. I had to wait and get postponed because their staff - Isiah didn’t know how to schedule properly. Totally unorganized and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Horrible service. Let’s not forget the 5% transaction fee!

I needed a new 40 Gal water heater in my home. The price quoted was reasonable. The crew came out and did an amazing job!!!!! Very professional & excellent work! I will only use Advanced Professional and would recommend them to anyone. They are properly licensed and the technicians are very knowledgeable!

This is my second time using using this company. On both occasions the servicemen got the job done no matter how difficult. They made repairs to my AC system and got it up and running quickly and timely. Thank you! cant say enough.

I called Advanced to unclog a sewer drain on 12/14/18. While the plumber was working, he got a sewer vent pipe dislodged and disconnected. Afterwards he wouldnt admit he made a mistake and refused to accept any responsibility. Instead he wanted to charge me another $250 to get it reconnected. I got in contact with the owner (David). After a long, at times heated and confrontational discussion, he finally agreed to fix the problem. I ended up paying him another $30.On a positive note, the plumber did come promptly when called. However, the total denial of responsibility was unacceptable. All this should not have happened if he had done it correctly in the first place.I would stay away from this company advanced professional plumbing in the future.

I called advanced professional after I realized my basement was flooding with water. They came through the SAME day, explained to me that one of my pumps was broken and wasnt draining out the excess water. In no time the technician got me a new pump and replaced the bad one. These guys are on top of their game, and you bet they will not leave your house until your problem is solved and you are fully satisfied!

Made things worse then refused to fix, they take no accountability look at their response to the bad reviews. Apparently everyone has a case of mistaken identity when it comes to their business.

We called Advanced Professionals for a leaky pipe and we were able to get help the same day. Toby and Jeff were very thourough and explained in detail what was wrong and the plan for it. They worked with us on a great price and they were very efficient. They were fast and once done they explained what they had done and made recommendations for the future. Very happy with their work! Would definetly refer them to others.

Like my other negative reviews, I hate writing them because I know that it will impact their business. However, in this case, I feel compelled to write something because I feel like they are going to cheat a lot of other people and it needs to stop.I needed a sump pump replaced. I called them because they were close by and they didn’t appear to have any negative reviews. (I was wrong about this as they have made multiple Yelp entries which hides their negative reviews.)When their workers got there, they first quoted me an outrageous price for the replacement of the sump pump. They quoted me $1,450 to replace a sump pump. My first thought was are they stupid? They know that I’m a property manager so I know what the approximate costs of repairs are. I already knew that the average cost to replace a pump should be about $400. So, I asked the worker to call back his boss to get another price because the price was excessive. He comes back at $750. This too was excessive so I turned him down and he left.What puzzled me at the time was that he didn’t ask to get paid for the service call. Well, what I didn’t know is that while he was diagnosing the sump pump, he had broken the black pipe that was connected to the sump pump. He hadn’t said a word and just left. Now I realized why he didn’t ask for the service fee. He caused more damage than the service call and didn’t want to fix it. This is just dishonest and unprofessional.Three weeks later, the dispatch woman who didn’t know the story of what happened called to get paid the service call that seemed outstanding. I politely explained to her what happened. (I was truly polite.) Her boss comes on the phone line and immediately starts yelling and screaming at me that I was lying and making things up. (Not sure how he miraculously knew I was lying while his employee was telling the truth when he hadn’t even talked to his employee yet. His response was that his employees never lie so he knew my story wasn’t true. Yeah, right.)The only problem with his version of the story was that there was a security guard there that saw the worker actually break the pipe. Second, I had to pay another plumber to go in there and repair a pipe that miraculously broke. Finally, there is the indisputable fact that they never asked for the service call fee at the time of service. What possible explanation would there be for this? This one fact shatters their entire story while my story neatly explains why the worker never asked for one and why he quickly and quietly left.When you call a plumber, you want a plumber who’s going to quote you a fair price for repairs. As a layperson, you don’t know how things cost so you’re relying on his honesty. Second, you’re also relying on his integrity that he’s not going to break things further and later increase his price, instead of owning up to it. This is not such a plumbing company.This plumbing company is all bad news.So, if you want a contractor’s whose first impulse is to high-ball you a quote that is 3-4 times the normal price, then go ahead and call this dishonest contractor.*By the way, disregard the other reviews. Its obvious that they are faked. Read his reviews on Yelp and Angies List to find what this plumber is truly about. Ive already decided to take this owner to court. If the owner writes a response that in any way disputes the facts of my story, I will also sue him for libel.Update: The company knows exactly who this is. There is a reason why they cant remove this review and why they wont sue me for libel.

My water heater went out on me the night prior. This morning (day of writing this review) I called up a few places along with Advaced plumbing. They had a very reasonable quote for the work and could come out a handful of hours from the time of the call.They came out, did the work exceptional quickly and for the quoted price. It was a no hassle situation and the work was done professionally. Even threw in a drip pan which another quote was going to charge extra. I would absolutely use them again.

I noticed some water dripping out of our water heaters over flow pipe and was concerned. I called Advanced plumbing on Saturday morning at 7:00 am. I received a call one hour later that someone was coming to help out.A repair guy showed up and fixed the problem and gave us a tutorial on how a water heater works. He was very professional, informed and caring.I wholeheartedly recommend this company. We feel blessed and grateful to have found them.

Guy came (nice guy) didnt have correct info as to why he was there and then when I called the office to inquire about the service fee I was never told about the person lied stating she told me and it was on the email...me AND the guy looked and there was nothing...because I was told nothing. I cancelled right away...no thanks.

Great service from Advanced Prof Plumbing! Sam and James know their stuff. They always go above and beyond to make sure the problem is fixed and answer questions. Theyve fixed leaky pipes, dug my toddlers toys out of toilet traps, and repaired a burst dishwasher supply line.

These guys arrived on time and replaced our broken bathtub efficiently. I am not easily impressed, but their work was so neat and accurate that I had no choice, but to admire them. They are real professionals and nice guys because they kept answering my different questions during the whole process.

My toilet had some issues with emptying the bowl in a single flush, so I needed a quick fix. They Guy from Advanced Plumbing was able to fit me in within an hour of my call, use a snake tool to unclog the toilet, and even recommended some money-saving options for a better toilet (landlord issues, am i right?!).

They were able to fit me in on the same day. I had a leaking water pressure regulator and need it to be replaced. I called Advance Plumbing to explain the issue, they sent two Techs down hours later, got the job done in half an hour and were very friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

Alex from advanced plumbing came to snake my sewage line today. Although he was not able to clear the line because of possible collapse in the line but he did very professional job...even broke three of this snake extensions trying to clear the blockage.He then patiently explained to me all of my options and next steps.Highly recommended...ask for Alex...he is very dedicated and professional.

I called to get a diagnostic on my HVAC system and they stated my system needs an air handler part and gave me a ridiculous price quote for labor and part installation...They also stated that I should consider getting a new unit because it runs on r22 ....Furthermore, they charged me $250 for coming to my house and give me the diagnostic that took the technician less than 10 min to assess.These folks prices are ridiculous ... just because u live in Wyckof does not justify being ripped off...

Worst service Ive ever experienced, they talk about you in their language raise the price after you get a quote and are rude and extremely sexist. Dont use them it will go downhill and after they leave you will notice you have another plumbing issue that they will say is unrelated even if they worked in exactly that same spot. They seem nice at first but they are dishonest.

True professionals. Weve now had them come out to replace/fix our garbage disposal twice, most recently to remove one that was leaking all over our kitchen Not only were they responsive (phone, text, email) they were incredibly prompt and kept me informed when there were updates in their service schedule. Additionally they provided instructions on maintenance and troubleshooting should issues arise in the future. THESE GUYS are my plumbers.
