Emir knows taxes. He knows his material very well. Sure I pay a little extra, but I dont mind, since I am getting good and accurate service. To all the people here that post negative reviews, remember a few things: If you havent paid your taxes properly, its not Emirs fault you dont get refund. Neither is it his fault if you are disorganized. This is a business, NOT a charity, fair?

Upset because I had to miss my appointment. The gps doesnt say theyre in east patchogue. It just says patchogue, so it took me to a different place on Montauk hwy. Took me by a motel and told me that this was Jackson Hewitt when its obviously not. That needs to be changed and then when I was still looking around for the place, I tried calling the place 5 time with no one to answer me and I couldnt leave a message either cause the mail box was full. When I got home I called one last time to just see if I would get lucky and thats how I found out the information Im sharing rn. Very disappointed by all of this. Wont be trying to make an appointment at this place again anytime soon.

Patchogue location in Suffolk county is very unprofessional. They never prepared my paperwork,took my money, and closed the store on office hours. Never at location. Rude to customers.

Been going for a few years . Pretty Good but wish there was a real office phone number its weird calling and its a personal number and you cant get in contact with anyone during the right office hours.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After countless phone calls to confirm an appointment I had made, Amir finally called me back and was well past RUDE!! Will never give my business to this company and will make sure no one else does either!! Awful awful service!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Jackson Hewitt dont get me wrong however, DO NOT GO TO this particular location 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Over the last few years Ive went to David Dyuk and Matthew Solomon at 2 different locations and they were amazing only reason I changed this year is because I just moved and this office was close to my home! The store manager of patchogue location Syed Hassan should NOT be a manager at all of any location. The second my husband and I stepped into that office we knew something wasnt right but against out better feeling we stayed and let him do our taxes. The entire time he was on the phone with his employees out of state and after he was finished with several personal calls his partner walked in and he was talking to him. I called a few days later with a 1099 form that I didnt know I was getting and he told me it was not important to file it. I then noticed some discrepencies between my taxes and went down to ask him why my prices were so expensive. My mother and I sat in the office for a good 5 minutes before the manager walked into the store this was around 2pm. His pants were below his butt, his eyes were blood shot, and his hair a complete mess. We let him get settled and we sat down to which he was completely rude to my mother and I. His phone continued to go off the entire time we were there, we only got to ask 1 question. he got so angry he then proceeded to THROW his phone across the room hard..... WE got up and left. Later that evening he had called my phone to which I denied the call. He then texted me and said If you are worried about the $50 dollars. I will give it to you. But that fee is from the bank. Not us. But I am willing to give it to you. My mother and I then went to the Shirley office to get some closure for our questions to which we were made aware my husband and I were over charged by $220. I plan to go back and get all of my money back this is THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH Jackson Hewitt and I will NEVER go back to this office again.
