We have been to many spa stores researching our purchase. AJ was recommended by a friend, so we visited. We were helped by Alyssa and right away, we were impressed with her professionalism, so much so that we passed on other sellers that would have gotten us something less expensive and much quicker. We did have to wait several months for ours after ordering.When you spend 10k for a tub, you want to feel that you have the full support of a capable distributor. The slick talk and gimmicks are transparent at so many of these stores and we felt 100% comfortable at AJ spa.Our spa is now delivered, installed and up and running. We have called numerous times and have been helped in a professional and efficient manner each time. I do recommend this business and am very pleased with the product.

We purchased a spa from AJs in the late spring. They were very knowledgeable about their offerings and took their time to educate me and my family on our options. They kept us informed of shipping and manufacturing delays throughout the process and were very involved through delivery. Following delivery they were very responsive on additional questions we had about using and maintaining the unit. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

First we purchased our hot tub about 6 years ago. No issues at all. Sales people were excellent, installation was great.When it comes to any kind of service...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Andrew who runs the service center used to go out on calls and he was great. The people they have now for service, forget about it. They have no clue what they are doing. We waited 4 weeks for a simple part...small leak in the wet end of the heat pump. You need to constantly call to find out a scheduled service time...and usually there are no return phone calls. We waited for the service guy to arrive..had no idea he even came to fix the problem and would not have known if we hadnt gone outside to find the tub empty. Terrible service department!!!Again sales dept A+....service F

We recently bought a hot tub from AJ Spa and Hot Tubs, and we are beyond impressed. Not only did we find the perfect hot tub for the perfect price, we were also met with incredible customer service. The staff was extremely professional, and delivery could not have been smoother. I strongly recommend looking here first if youre looking to purchase a hot tub.

Called to ensure they were open they said by appointment only, They said come now but use side door. I arrive and the salesperson ? Asks what am I doing there. I tell them I just spoke to someone on the phone and they told me to come now. He advised I did not and starts getting nasty and rude I attempt to ask him if this is the number for his place of business thinking maybe I called the wrong number. He starts getting nastier and I was taken back. I said the person on The phone even said to use the side door and because the front is locked and you also have an apt at noon With another client. THE WORST ENCOUNTER I HAVE HAD WITH ANY SALESPERSON EVER. THERE ARE WAYS TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER IF THIS IS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN SOMEONE IS TRYING TO BUY SOMETHING WHAT IS IT LIKE AFTER. ........STAY AWAY

Bought my hot tub here in 2007. Just went back because I’m looking to upgrade. I can’t tell you what a refreshing experience it is to walk into a business and interact with someone who actually knows their job and knows what they’re doing. Greg knows his products and gives you straight answers to your questions. Buying a hot tub is not a simple purchase, there are a lot of variables to consider but Greg makes it easier because he knows hot tubs inside and out and doesn’t do any pushy salesman techniques. This is a locally owned business that I am happy to support.

I cant say enough GREAT THINGS about A.J. Spa and Hot Tub. Awsome family Run Business!!!!!! I bought my Spa from them 18. Years ago........Right from the start The owners serviced and honoured any and all warranties.......after owning my Hot Tub for 2 years Greg the owner deemed my Hot Tub a (LEMON). Not only did they get me a new Hot Tub right away but gave me an up graded model. Last winter my own vault my Hot Tub received massive freeze damage...... Greg son Andrew came and looked free of charge........He and Gregs sister then explained to me if they fix the Hot Tub it will be almost $3000.00 but I could fix it myself and save $2600.00 if I did the manual labor.........with there constant phone help and 2 free service calls my 18 year old Hot Tub is as GGOD AS NEW!!!!!!! They did tell me 1 white lie it only Cost me $200.00 dollars in parts not $400/$500. They could of easily of tried to talk me into a new Hot Tub but they didnt. I cant think of anything I bought in the last 20 years that has been backed up in service like my 18 year old Hot Tub. Side note the company that Built My Hot Tub went out of business in 2008 due to the Obama recession. If AJ Spa and hot tub cant get the part to fix my hot tub they have made it or found something equivalent that works. Like I said this place is a home run. Good honest people who definitely go the extra mile.

My aunt met her future husband at the AJ SPA location on route 112. Thanks not only to the hot tub and customer service. My aunt has never been happier. This was a life changing experience for her and the rest of my family. The customer service and maintenance here are well above and beyond any other place on Long island. Not to mention there prices will fit into ANYONES budget. The owner is very hands on and can always been seen in the store opening and closing. He is also always just a phone call away with ANY problems.

Since purchasing my hot tub in 2000 from AJ Spa, I have had nothing but good experiences with the sales staff and service department and supply shopping. Two of the most important elements of a good company are products and service, both of which AJ Spa has excelled. Service response has been helpful and prompt all three times when needed. I would, and have in the past, recommend AJ Spa to anyone and everyone.

Bought my hot tub from Greg in 2003. He knows more about spas than I think Sundance does. I was going to go buy a new flow valve because the fuse in the motherboard blew and I assumed it was the flow valve. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he said it may not be the flow valve, but told me what to do on my own. But, the troubleshooting didnt work and he suggested I come in. I explained the situation to Greg and in less than one second, he said it was the circulation pump. Bought one, replaced it in less than 20 minutes and tomorrow I will be back relaxing in hot water. I cant thank AJ Spa enough. Great service, knowledgeable staff and competitive prices.

My husband and I looked at 6 different places to purchase our hot tub. We came here 2nd and ended up coming back here to purchase the sundance hot tub.We were so impressed with their knowledge and they spend alot of time answering all our questions and we had many. The installation was so fast and they were wonderful and knew exactly what they were doing. If you dont have time to shop just go here, we did all the shopping and this is best place around.

Extremely helpful with our hot tub! We bought a new hot tub that had a small issue. They came & fixed it right away, it did not work. They were in touch with the manufacturer, found a solution & fixed it. They were fast, diligent, helpful & just all around good, nice people. They serviced our 1st hot tub, it was about 15 years old when we decided it was time for a new one. Would recommend them to anyone!

I bought a spa from AJ in 1998. It is a Sundance and is still going strong. Has it needed an occasional repair? Yes, as they all do but Greg at AJ told me what to do over the phone and saved me the cost of repairs. The customer service is incredibly good. I wish I had the money now to replace my tub but at 20 years old its still working fine, thanks to AJs product support. One thing when you buy a tub, you want after purchase support and AJ will give you that. Its what makes people return to them and what makes me recommend them to everyone!

This place has very good amount of electrical hottubs but nothing for inground and gas.

I purchased a home that had a Sundance spa a couple of years ago with no knowledge on how to maintain a spa. I researched online and found AJ Spa as a Sundance partner so decided to take a trip to the store. They were immediately able to pull up the make/model of the spa I own by my home address, answer every question I had (including chemicals, maintenance, and all questions I had related to my model). They are awesome! A pleasure to work with and always want to help out - and do so with a smile! I went from a novice to a near expert on maintaining a spa thanks to all of AJ Spas help.Ive since gone back many times, ordering a new cover, jets, and all of my chemical/maintenance needs (and my opinion is that their chemical prices are always competitive - and I do my research...)Definitely recommend!

Anything that I needed after my purchase was taken care of quickly, the knowledge of all the workers was great from delivery and set up any questions i had were answered and explained and everyone was always polite. Got my sundance hot tub here. Issues are with the TUB and manufacture only. Not the store itself. The LED lights are only covered for 2 yrs. I have had my tub for 4 years tho everything else works, I am losing the red LED lights and find the parts and service to replace them are expensive. Calling Sundance directly leads no where. Included in my review is my tune with LEDs out. I have had 3 warranty issues so for and this one is No Longer covered.The store and people are assume. They set my tub up, and always great at getting chems and toys. I am really second guessing the brand tho.
