Took 3 dress pants, 1 pair of jeans, and a sports jacket for alterations. All done very well. Very nice man and measured me for alterations in minutes. Will continue to use him to do various other alterations in the foreseeable future.

Came to Mr Rivas because of the reviews. Drop 4 pants on Tuesday and told him I have an event for tomorrow Saturday he said it was fine. Even if he didnt get all the pants done at least 2 of them would be done. I check my work schedule and agree to come on Friday before 7 to pick then up. Drove 40 mins after work to come and find the place closed with no signs and my pants are inside. Now I dont know what to wear for tomorrow. You should ve said that you cant do it and I would ve gone to another place. If they closed because of good Friday he should ve let me know or at least put a sign on the door. Very bad business practices.

Fantastic service, great people and great prices! They altered a bridesmaid dress for me and I am extremely happy with how it turned out. I will definitely be returning to Rivas Alterations whenever I need something altered and I will be sending myfamily and friends to them as well!

Came here because the pricing and the reviews. Told me it was $75 for my dress to be altered and then told me it will be $80 for my card. Then changed it to $81. Just looked at my bank statement and he charged me $84 and change! I don’t like that. Bad business if you ask me. You cant and shouldn’t keep changing the price. Especially without someone’s consent!
