We just leased our 4th car from Nissan 112 and my 3rd specifically from Gwen and the experience was great. We keep going back to Gwen because she is a pleasure to work. She is very patient and helps you to understand all of your options within your budget. She’s a straight shooter that doesn’t talk you in circles like other salespeople try to do. We also love that once you pick your car, you’re in and out so quickly. Our overall time spent in the dealer was less than 2 hours which is amazing in my opinion. We will continue to use Gwen and Nissan 112 for our car leasing needs!

I went here to get a malfunction light that came up on my dashboard as well as my low key battery. They also wrote on the paperwork that they had checked my tire pressure.Originally I was told that it would take a full day to complete. It ended up taking 3 days. When I picked up my vehicle I had to return immediately after driving 3 blocks my tire pressure light came on and the pressure was incredibly off. The low key battery light was still on. Also a day later my malfunction light came on. Essentially this service department did nothing for my vehicle and they kept me without a vehicle for 3 days. What a sad outcome

On March 8th I leased 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport. 2 weeks later the A/C stopped working. Took the car to the service at the dealership, and after inspecting the car they informed me that A/C condenser was probably hit by a rock, and now needs to be repaired, and warranty does not cover it. Since we didnt hear anything hitting the car, and did not observe anything unusual while driving the car, it was hard to believe that this is what happened to the A/C condenser. Service guys showed me where the damage was, and it was so minuscule, hard to notice, yet bad enough for all the freon to escape. The car front is designed with 6 wide 5.5x3 inches openings, and the condenser is widely exposed and not protected at all. Since that happened, I started looking at all the other models and manufacturers, and it seems that they do, in fact, have adequate front protection from rocks, branches, etc, whatever you may encounter on the road. So now they say I have to fix it out of pocket (about $1500), because warranty would not cover it, and my insurance has a high deductible, not worth filing a claim. Neither dealership nor Nissan consumer affairs owned up to the problem and now Im stuck with a new car, about 1000 miles on it and no A/C. My concern is that even if I fix it, the front lacks protection, and this is just will keep happening. My first Nissan car and such a disappointment owning it less than a month when the problem happened. attaching pictures of my Nissan front and Toyota for comparison

BEWARE of this place. Just got scammed out of a deposit that I put down for a vehicle that had already got approved for financing. I am purchasing from out of state and had a plane ticket bought and ready to go. I suddenly get a phone call the day of my flight saying they don’t want to go through with the deal. Prior to this a friend of mine who works at a reputable dealership in NJ test drove the truck for me. Nothing was wrong with it. Multiple people called to ask about the truck today. The sales dept told every one of them they could in fact pick it up today. I was told the truck “needed too much work to sell” and that I lived too far away to drive the truck home. Their story changed every time I called. 🤔 They also did not care that I had already bought a plane ticket. They still have my deposit money. General manager Francois and his sales team should be absolutely DISGUSTED with themselves. Not only have I now wasted money on a plane ticket, took time off work, I now have a headache from this dealership and its outlandish lies. I have completely lost trust in dealerships. This is by far the worst vehicle buying experience I have ever been a part of. If the truck truly needed as much work done to it as they claim, it should not have been listed in the first place. Every person that called about the truck today were not told it needed any work and that it was available and ready to go today. NISSAN 12 AND ALL ITS EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a kind receptionist who directed me to a salesman as soon as I informed her I was interested in purchasing a used/certified vehicle. Within seconds I was introduced to a kind gentlemen named Mike who was more than happy to listen to me and my situation. I told him I had been on the website and that I had a few cars in mind. The one I truly wanted was still on the lot and he brought me right to it. He gave me plenty of time to inspect it/check the features. I even brought a friend who is a master mechanic to double check things. Mike patiently waited until we were ready. He then kindly went over my options and set up everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING) up for me so that I could make the purchase THAT day. They set up the inspection/registration and found me better insurance coverage! I would have even been able to drive it out that day but the mechanic/tech who overlooks everything before the car can leave, had gone home; but I had it less than 24hrs later! Thanks again guys for ALL of your cordial care and hard work!

Very good experience overall. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We walked in, no appointment, just taking a chance to look at some cars and we got the chance to do a test drive and to learn everything we wanted to know about the car we were looking at. Upon arrival at the dealership I was escorted into the office, but the servicemen neglected to to warn me about the step there in the doorway. This caused me to trip and fall, the servicemen’s only response was “oh yeah”The manager of the dealership did come in and talk with me, only offering to call me an ambulance or ice.After going to my orthopedic I have been Diagnosed with a Sprained and suggested that I go to Physical therapy which is more than I can afford. I am was also informed that the tinting on my car was to dark (even though I purchased the car from that dealership as is).It is exhausting to get many different answers and not knowing what the truth is and what is just a way for someone to make money off other people.So now I limp around not sure what to do about my injury. I would be nice if someone would get in touch with me and offer me assistant with a problem they cause

Horrible Service department i have a coolant leak, refrigerant leak and my remote start only works when you are next to the car and i told them and they said for a 2019 with less than 20k miles its normal for the car to smell like coolant and be low and have to refill the reservoir and that the ac blows cold when meanwhile its cold outside yea no duhh... will never go back to Nissan 112....

Oil change registration tire rotation but got roped into all filters being changed costing me almost $300 never paid that much especially since my leaSe will be going back before next 15k The labor was charge for every service. The bill wasn’t broken down for me or explained prior to work performed. I usually have an excellent experience with Nissan 112. Been with them 25 years thought they could have done better for me

Unfortunately, my Versa Note needed a lot of work. The repairs included a new transmission in 2019 ($4,800.00). In July of 2021 I brought my car into Nissan 112. Sheldon called me for repairs needed. $3,400.00 in repairs. Sheldon did a excellent job explaining what needed to be done. I was extremely happy with the work and felt better knowing the replaced parts and work are good for 12 monnths or 12,000 miles. Thanks all for a great job.

Went into Nissan for 112 for a car for my mom and stumbled upon a flipping ANGEL and bought 2 cars! Gwen worked SO hard to get us the best deal. The level of ease was something I never experienced before. I went to pick up my car and they even handled my insurance. I had to do nothing except put pen to paper. I took my car for service 2 times and the issue is still not fixed. Oil change/tire rotation was good. However there is a chirping that happens every time I drive my car and both times I took it for that reason and it was never fixed. I now have to take it a THIRD time....

Such a horrible experience today at Nissan 112. Went in to get the inspection done. The service adviser Kevin Hirapersaud told me i need new wipers which was a shock to me since my wipers were 100% fine and usually clean them everyweek with a cloth.I told Kevin I dont want to get the wipers done and would like my car back. To which i was told that they will have to fail my inspection and i would lose $37.50. I then agreed to get my wipers changed inorder to get my inspection done.I must say that was very poor customer service from Nissan 112, even though i bought my car from there I would never recommend anyone to go there. Fran, Kevin and the rest of the Nissan 112 team were prompt and professional. I arrived without an appointment and was treated as politely and efficiently as anyone else in the room. It is greatly appreciated. I questioned whether to go to smithtown versus patchogue for my service to save me time but in the end so glad I made the longer drive to Nissan 112. Thank you!

I was able to test drive the 3 vehicles I wanted to Take a look at. Got the monthly payment figures. Picked the car. They prepped it and we were on our way! Great experience helped along by Diego our sales guy, who navigated our way through the different departments. Ask for him when you visit, he’s the best!!

No one to address you properly giving their introduction. Just ask are you for service? Follow me, what you want go and sit. After I was in waiting room I saw my car was at same spot of arrival. I ask someone he directed to one cabin who roughly told you will get when ready! Why you care where it’s still parked. Simple oil change took 1hour 30 minutes. I had no clue where will be service manager! I was not offered free wash ! I came back and ask then they gave coupon. No picture taken of car prior to service which usually they do. No responsible person around. All were busy in chit chatting few were smoking outside...

Our sales representative, Matt Brown, was phenomenal. He was very helpful in answering any questions we had, very personable and made us feel at ease. He was VERY patient in showing and explaining the different features of my new Rogue and even offered to go over them again if need be. My husband and I were very pleased and with his exceptional service . we were also impressed with the the sales manager, Scott, who was also above and beyond helpful and made this a very positive experience for us

This place is absolutely horrible they try to get over on you and do not try to help you in the lease bit, but just dish out lies dont trust anyone that works here go to the Nissan in Bayshore super helpful. Took my car to get the transmission fix they told me that i had to leave it there for two week, i ask them for a loner and they said Oh we dont have one and we dont do loners so i told them that bayshore said that they do and they proceeded to tell me that no its not a loner its a rental so i went over to Bayshore and they Gladly gave me a LONER not a rental i didnt pay a penny so all they want is your money and not to help you what so ever and are very nasty and speak very rude to there customers.

Yanerys & Carlos are amazing ! I came in with no credit and they were able to work with me im driving off the lot today with a 2018 !! Every where else couldnt help me but nissan 112 could . They went above & beyond to make sure i got my car and made sure i got the lowest payments possible . Truly amazing people !!!
