My experience was amazing at family tire! Very well mannered service and I will absolutely be frequenting here alot more! They mounted and balanced 4 tires for my dump trailer in under 20 mins and I was able to get right back to work! Plus they were able to take care of 2 other customers at the same time they were helping me! Highly recommended!!

Great place. They truly are a family run establishment and greet their customers with a hello and a smile. I came here several years ago with my wife and daughter and they we very helpful and courteous. Another place wanted us to buy a whole new set of tires, but this place was honest and helpful. My other 3 tires were still in good condition and the owner suggested a used tire instead which cost us less than 1/4 of what we would have paid at pep boys or Mavis. Went again this morning on a Sunday with a nail in a tire and they fixed it right away. I was in and out in 3 minutes. 5 stars isnt enough! Next time we need to buy tires Im coming back.

It’s one of the only mom and pop stores remaining in the whole of Patchogue.they are really a family and make you feel like you are in good yards the minute you walk in .I’ve used them for a variety of different things from mechanical to used tires . Definitely give them the five start they deserve.

I love to go to Family Tire because they are honest and provide a good value. They are also able to perform repairs and install new tires quickly. However, I would not use them for complex repairs, as they are strictly a tire shop. Try them out the next time you need tires!

From 5 to 1. They took full advantage of my wifes ignorance when it comes to vehicles. I had her go here to get her tire checked since i thought they were honest. Low and behold this small leak which only dey the sensor of once every 3-4 days winds up costing $81. After looking at the tire *(they jacked the car up with wife and baby in it)* which wasnt low or triggering the sensor was all of a sudden leaking so fast they told her she wouldnt make it to the corner. Note Im back a 3rd time because the TPMS light is on and the police are in route for this dispute. THEYRE REFUSING TO HONOR THEYRE 30 DAY WARRANTY.
