We needed a small amount of wood floor cleaning in a tiny South Pasadena condo. The stains were deep, old and ugly. Jon came in, cleaned, and left a much, much better looking wood floor. He was careful not to waste time, and he charged only for the time he spent actually cleaning. The price seemed quite reasonable to us.
