Custom Tint & Alarm (2124 Strawberry Road) in Pasadena, Texas, is a Mickey Mouse shop. A few weeks ago, I went to have an alarm installed on my customized van. Before they started working on it, I told several of the employees to be careful because the van would not fit/clear the garage entrance shop. Despite all the warnings, they still managed to ram and wedge the van into the garage entrance. The van was so tightly wedged into their garage, that even after deflating the tires, they still struggled to free the van and pull it out.The van was left with a crushed and sagging roof. They caused major structural damage to the roof of the van through the lack of care and professionalism. The owner initially said that they would get the vehicle fixed because they were at fault for the damage. They continued to install the alarm on the van and insisted on waiving the $400 fee as part of their efforts to correct their neglectful actions. I was fine paying the $400 for the alarm and just wanted them to repair the damage to the roof. They insisted that they would still repair the roof in addition to waiving the $400 fee.I obtained a couple of quotes to fix the damage to the roof and the owner said he knew someone that could repair it. The so-called “repair” he offered was not going to fix the structural damage and was only going to be a superficial band-aid. Multiple quotes stated that there is over $2,000 of damage to the roof of the van. The $400 alarm does not even come close to offset the damage they caused.The owners of Custom Tint & Alarm have refused to take responsibility for their actions. Even with substantial video and picture proof of who is at fault. If you are looking for a professional Tint/Alarm shop, stay away from Custom Tint & Alarm at 2124 Strawberry Road in Pasadena. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and they will not take care of their customers.Currently, the owners have refused any wrongdoing, will not pay for the proper repair for the damage caused. I will be moving forward with legal action to settle this matter.

When I got there they didn’t have the best attitude. When I was asking if they had a center console. They were making it seem as if I wasn’t going to pay or if I was trying to be cheap. “ we have $3000 to $5000 jobs lined up for the next month”. First of all we didn’t discuss a price at all .and what doesn’t that have to do with anything. I was just asking a simple question and I was responded with an ugly attitude. To be honest I didn’t really care about the price because I saw y’all’s work and saw the quality. I was willing to pay the price. I was trying to get a full system all the way but since I was treated that way. I’m taking my money somewhere else. Also I’m not even from Houston I was willing to bring my truck all the way over here.I do not recommend this place

Job was ok, some minor bubbles on tint, but the worst thing was they left 3 razors in my car. These people did not clean up after themselves. Went in because someone recommended them not because of previous work done on their vehicle, but because he was friends with someone that worked there. Youre better off paying a little more at a better place.

I came here when I bought my gmc sierra I thought the speakers didn’t work so I was ready to buy some from him it was going to be 200 dollars labor and everything he came back 5 minutes later and ask why I was replacing them and I told him I wasn’t sure if they work he work on the settings on the stereo and fix it right away he told me it wouldn’t of have been fair for him to change it knowing they were still good . This guy was honest even when he wasn’t going to make money I can respect that I’ll continue to bring my stuff here y’all should stop by y’all won’t be disappointed 👍

Very bad service put the Windows tint wrong I returned it and instead of changing it they preferred to remove them and return the lost time money they are the worst I do not recommend it 👎🏽
