Worldwide Waterproofing did a wonderful job installing a french drain and sump pump in my home. The office staff was amazing and set us up with a free estimate! The turn around time from estimate to job completion was phenomenal. This was extremely important to us since we planned on listing our property and needed the work completed in a specific time frame. Giovanni was the installer that completed the work and it looked great . He made sure to tape off and seal the area that was being worked on so that the concrete dust was contained. This was a great experience and I will use this company for all of my waterproofing needs in the future. Thanks Worldwide Waterproofing!!

Worldwide Concrete did a fabulous job on our patio. Chris came out and gave us a ton of design ideas and helped with color choices so that it perfectly matched our house. We are incredibly pleased. Would highly refer them to others.

We are very pleased with the work that Worldwide provided on our basement. We had noticed a smell in one corner of the basement but there was so many items in that area we had no idea water was actually accumulating in the carpet. Mike came out and pulled back the boxes and totes and noticed the corner had been taking water for some time as there was evidence of mildew that need to be removed and cleaned.We were insisting on getting multiple quotes, but after our visit with Mike we felt very comfortable that we were going to be taken well care of. We are happy we made that decision and chose this company to do the work. We were most impressed with the follow up from the office and staff. We received multiple thank you emails for choosing them and checking on us. They asked us to provide some feedback online to express how we feel about the company and our experience whether good or bad. We give this company a 5 star rating for all areas of service from the initial call, to the salesperson and the team of hard working men who did the work and the follow up from the nice ladies in the office. We hope to not need the water services ever again but would be happy to share their information to others with a similar problem. I cannot say enough great things about this company! My husband and I are not handy and when it comes to repair work it is hard to find people to trust. We have had a leaky basement window for 3 years now and made the mistake of having contractors try to fix it. The customer service we received from everyone we encountered at Worldwide was outstanding! They proposed an idea that seemed better and more involved Than anyone else’s for a lower price. Summer always responded right away and work began literally 2 days after our quote! When George came to give us an estimate, I could tell he really wanted to make sure our problem was fixed right. Giovanni and his co-worker were very professional and caring. I could tell they value the quality of work over speeding through it. Our issue appears to definitely be fixed yay! There is no doubt in my mind that they will stand behind their work! Thank you Worldwide!!

One of their senior engineers (Allan) came to my house last week to do an assessment of my basement. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had about waterproofing. He also did a thorough inspection of the house, our sump pumps and our drainage system. I feel a bit bad, because it turned out that I didnt need any additional waterproofing done and the inspection ended up being free, but if I have any issues down the line, I will definitely use these guys!

When the basement flooded, Allen quickly went out to inspect. He was responsive and thorough throughout the process helping to come up with a creative solution that didnt break the bank or require a long time to repair. Highly recommend their services!

We had a water problem in our basement and contacted Worldwide Waterproofing & Foundation Repair on a Monday. They responded within 24 hours with an on site estimate and the job was completed by the end of the week. They were informative about the recommended process and took the time to answer our questions during the actual work. Staff in the office were very helpful, keeping in contact throughout the job and following through after the work was completed. Overall our experience was very positive and we would use Worldwide again.

2 stars because of their RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did previous work for us, so we wanted to stay with the same company. When they tried to say they were giving us a massive discount and I mentioned another company quoting us the same price for more sq footage at REGULAR price, he politely but sarcastically said well why dont you just go with them? I guess Worldwide Concrete is doing pretty good when they can push customers away. God Bless Em.

I had this company waterproof my aunts basement . They were professional from start to finish . Its been 4 months and the basement is completely dry. We are super happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them to others.

Moisture Meter QuestionsI called to ask for an inspection on checking if there is extra moisture in spots on my basement that I cannot see. The kind lady that answered told me that it would not be worth it and to go buy a moisture meter and save money. She was honest, kind and upfront. I could not ask for better customer service in only a few minutes on the phone.

Chris and his crew just finished my patio. I love it! The color is exactly what I chose from the sample pictures. The guys were here exactly when they said they would be, finished on time and left my back yard in better shape than they found it. So we have been trying to get an appointment with them for WEEKS. They take forever to call back or just plain don’t. 1st appointment they scheduled but never put it in their schedule and apologized because it was “a new girls fault”. Then the next appointment they NEVER PUT ON THEIR SCHEDULE AGAIN. Not sure how you can run a business like this, we’re trying to keep our house from flooding because it’s done so THREE TIMES in less than 6 months and these people can’t even seem to figure out how to schedule their own appointments.

Never receive an estimate after Bill came to my house. No nothing!! I spent time waited for the estimate and finally Bill showed up, but no estimate. No emails and even sent an email to ask about the estimate, totally ignored. If you dont want to wait time waiting for this companys estimate, just call other company. This is not a good business.

Horrible company. Worldwide Lies about being able to do the job and takes your money. They claim they have waterproofed my basement even though plenty of visible water is still making its way inside. They have been no show and no response over eight times. I highly encourage everyone to avoid this company or you will lose thousands like I did. They even lied so much to MHIC. They are inadequate and terrible at their job. Very crooked company . AVOID AVOID AVOID. I am out 5 grand because of these scammers.

Came out and looked at foundation issue. They were the only company that gave me an honest assessment. Other two local companies in Maryland wanted me to sign to spend over $40,000. Worldwide waterproofing advised me to contact lawyer from previous work done

Great job !! Very pleased with this company Wasnot the cheapest, but they took 2 hours to explain why the work proposed by other company was not going to work. I did not mind spending a little more for a, now a dry leak free basement

AVOID this company at all costs. If you have a problem later, once they have your money, they DO NOT CARE.Paid them something like $7600 to waterproof my leaking basement in 2014, was told by sales that I would no longer have a water problem after that. Fast forward several years later, I have water in my basement. I jumped through two dozen hoops just trying to get them to return calls/send someone out to inspect the problem, which carried on for MONTHS before someone eventually did. Following that, had to badger them constantly to get a follow up regarding that. They basically told me to take a hike. Cool.Id highly suggest that you take your money elsewhere if you have water problems. Do everyone a favor and go with a company with integrity.
