My son is 5yrs old and has been enrolled since he was 18 months. Their hours are great, hot lunches and the teachers are so sweet. I love the owner she is absolutely wonderful but I really dont care for the director.

Great friendly staff! Perfect for working families like my wife and I. Key items, opens at 6:30am and closes at 6:30pm. Head start program is excellent as both of my girls have learned so much!

My son went here for before and after care, as well as summer camp. You could not ask for a better group of people to watch your child. Everyone there is so friendly and genuinely seem to love children. The prices here are very reasonable, especially compared to other local daycares, and they serve lunch. The summer camp was awesome, I cant believe all the fun places they went to - Baltimore Zoo, Pirate Adventures, roller skating, bowling, golfing, etc and it was all in the price of the day camp tuition - no extra charges.I want to share one experience that especially stood out for me. PCHC shuttles kids back and forth to local elementary schools, Solley Elementary school being one of them. One morning during early winter 2016, Solley had a suspected gas leak. Of course they evacuated the school, and it happened in the morning before school had officially started. Ms. Kathy kept the kids on the shuttle with the heat on instead of just dropping them off to stand with the rest of the kids waiting outside in the cold, and stayed until the school was cleared. PCHC has exceeded my expectations in every way!
