Great customer service, I came in because I was having an issue with a small part that was covered by warranty but required that I leave my trailer. I was going out of town and didnt have time to leave the trailer, and the part was inexpensive enough that I decided to just buy it and change it myself. The gentleman at the counter considered my situation and gave me a discount on the part for my troubles.Its things like this that keep you coming back!

I thought I had a bent axle on my small vintage travel trailer as it had a severe lean (about 3) on the drivers side. This past Monday, after visiting 4 shops in my area....and finding no one that wanted to talk about replacing the axle, I was finally referred to Nationwide. As soon as I explained my problem to Anthony Stallone at Nationwide, he immediately made some recommendations on the type of axle I might need and matching wheels and tires that would also be required and provided me with a written total for the work. The price was fair and Anthony told me there were about 4 days of work ahead of me. No problem. On Thursday, I received a call from their shop mechanic Domingo. Domingo told me that my axle was not bent and it appeared my frame was twisted. I was disappointed and told him Id come pick the trailer up. When I arrived at Nationwide, Anthony greeted me with a big smile and even better news. It turned out that Domingo inspected the frame andnoticed that the front leaf spring hanger was installed incorrectly. He tried to call me but my phone was off. Domingo made some modifications to the spring hanger, installed the hanger correctly and put a new spring. When Anthony was walking me out to show me the trailer I immediately noticed it was sitting straight and level!Bottom line is this. I could not have asked for or received better service. It is seldom that a repair shop goes above and beyond to fix a problem but they did! If I have another problem with the trailer......I know Ill go back to Nationwide!

We came in and purchased a trailer from Brooke and I would highly recommend them! They made us feel like family and the manager Anthony was amazing!

I rented a 40ft trailer from them for a month. Photos attached. In the very first day the lights fall off of the trailer. (Drove about 150 miles). On the second day wheels came off of the trailer and passed my truck. (Drove another 90 miles). I towed this trailer to the nearest shop. Coasted me ($450 to tow it). The mechanic from the shop told me that this trailer is a piece of a junk. They had to replace all of the bolts a long time ago. We changed the bolts on this axle and put there 2 brand new wheels and tires. (Because we couldn’t find where the original wheels went to). (2 wheels with tires coasted me another $700 and replacing the bolts on the axle coasted me $400). Mechanic checked all of the bolts and tire pressure and said it’s ok. I should be able to drive back to Pasadena,TX and return the trailer back. I wasted $1,675 on repair and $1500 for the trailer rental. Which makes $3,175. Also, I wasted a whole week. 3 days of driving and 4 days for trailer repair. On my way back I had a flat tire. Went to the nearest discount tire store. Thanks God I was in Spring, TX and easily found one. (Changed a tire for another $125). Finally, I made it back to Pasadena, TX. Returned them a trailer. I asked for a manager, but he never got to me. I asked just to return me the money for 3 remaining weeks. Since, I paid for 1 month rent and it’s been only a week. They gave me the address of their general office and said that only manager will be able to help me. I went there, manager was not there. Nobody ever got back to me. I am a businessman. I understand that everybody tries to make the money, but the way this people do it is so dangerous for other people. I hope that in one day God will make you pay for making money in that way. Stay away of this people, this company and these products. PJ stands for Pure Junk. Experienced drivers know it.

Had a emergency, friend called from Dallas on Saturday his truck broke down and he needed a tow back. These guys not only had a wide selection of trailers to pick from but they even stayed late on a Saturday to help get me setup with one. Glad they helped me out, everyone else was closed or had too small of a trailer.

Very slow service and overpriced. Will definitely take my business elsewhere because the workers are so rude to anyone who would walk in there. Especially the blonde lady. Didn’t catch her name but they all need better customer service.

Avoid at all costs. I went in on a Friday and was helped or scammed, depending on how to look at it, by Charles. I simply needed an adapter / riser for my hitch. He said he would order it and it would be in on the following Monday. Mid day Monday I called back, whoever answered said Charles was not there and seemed very annoyed that I was calling. Tuesday I called again and spoke with Charles, he said he would check on it and call me right back. Well that never happened, so I had to call him back again in the afternoon. This time he tells me it will be in on Wednesday, this is after I already explained to him that I was leaving to drive across the country on Thursday. So Wednesday was the same run a round, said it would be there in the afternoon. At almost 4:00 on Wednesday I am having to go to another trailer shop and pay even more money for the same part. Good thing Discount Hitch has honest people at it, and boy did they get a laugh out of these clowns at national trailer. The owners should be very disappointed in their half witted employees.

Gave a great review about a year ago. But that was then. Place has gone to the dogs. The. Sales staff, mechanical help and manager have all changed. Will not be back here ever. The manager is rude and has no idea how to speak to a lady. I know my trailer better then anyone. Just because Im a female does not mean I dont know a bad weld when I see one.

I had to wait over an hour to request information about a trailer. Since there is no competition for the product I was looking for, I decided to wait. Charlie finally helped me going through the purchase process patiently explaining everything carefully.On the service side however there is this hyper-active guy who wants to help many clients at a time but not really solving much.That said my trailer motor failed, took it back to the shop, I got one from them while mine was being repaired, and after a few days mine was back as new. As expected the warranty covered everything.When I asked for my truck brakes to be connected to the trailer brakes I was told I may as well look closer to where I live, even if I was willing to do the drive to their shop. Maybe there is not much profit on that installation for them.I would go back to that store even if I had mixed feelings from my service experience and certainly recommend that you give it a try.
