UNSOLICITED RELIGIOUS PAMPHLET SENT TO ME BY THIS FIRM! I received an unsolicited letter from Christopher Thompson on the firms letterhead, offering the firms tax services. Included was a strongly Christian pamphlet about my sin debt. I was informed that my sin debt will cost me for all of eternity and that I must trust the eternity of my soul to Jesus!! What does this have to do with taxes? I thought surely some overzealous office assistant slipped the pamphlet in on the sly. But no! When I texted Christopher Thompson and asked why it was included, he replied to spread the word of God. Michael and Christopher--please do not peddle your views to the public--keep them in your personal lives and within a like-minded circle of family and friends. Oh Jesus, please, may I please give them NEGATIVE stars in this review?

My Experience is just This: Wife and I had a few questions, which went ignored, and when we pressed, we were basically ignored. We got up confused and still have no idea what he did or didnt do. We were told he couldnt file electronic, then the state was accepted, and Not Federal. We went by to pick up our taxes on Saturday after calling to say we were on our way, arrived and 30 minutes later, no taxes, they cant find our copy. They seemed very disorganized. I dont have confidence in the work I paid for, so we are having to take the papers we do have to another Tax Preparer. Will Update.

Service was done in an efficient manner. Was very informative along way regarding the tax laws and how they apply to my situation. Location was very convenient, right off mountain road. Showed up without appointment and he said he would be glad to help me within an hour if I returned ( he was helping another customer) . Thanks for all your help. Its always a good feeling having taxes filed and done.

Just a response to some negative reviews. If we said we could not do someones tax returns there had to be a reason. We may get busy but we will never turn down a client because we dont have time. Michael has stayed up past midnight multiple times to complete work for clients. We electronically file all tax returns. If something has to be mailed we address envelopes for where they need to go and give them to the client to mail personally. We do not mail tax returns for our clients. We strive to get tax returns done quickly and accurately.

Mr. Walls and his team noticed an error in the way that my taxes/stocks were calculated. He refiled several previous years which resulted in a substantial refund. Mr. Wall was reasonable, nice and very responsive. Thank you.

Sent me an unsolicited letter asking if I wanted help with my taxes. The One Star is really because of the Christian insert placed inside the letter. The first paragraph reads, “Please do not resent us for giving you this tract. We love your soul, and we want to tell you that if you have never been born again, you are on your journey to a place where you will burn forever and ever.” I was raised Catholic, and I don’t appreciate a company telling people they’re going to hell, but don’t resent them for telling you that. Maybe Michael should actually read the Bible before sending that kind of message. Matthew 6:1-6 covers that. I think I’ll stick with Turbo Tax, they don’t commit sinful acts against God’s words when they file mine.

The service from Michael D Walls has been excellent and is faultless. He gave me the reassurance to know I am complying with the rules and regulations. Michael D Walls has taken all the hard work out of completing my personal taxes.

Dont waste your time. If your too busy just say so, dont waste peoples time. He made an excuse that he couldnt do our taxes because he didnt understand what I was trying to explain & kept talking over me. B4 that, all he talked about was how busy he was. Should have just said he was too busy & didnt have time for small time businesses. Complete waste of my time. Also, he asked me if I could go to the post office for him ??? He was actually going to give me other peoples tax information (sealed but still) to mail for him when he had just met me! I could have taken it out to my car, opened it and got their private information. I refused. Im not his secretary lol

SHOULD BE NEGATIVE STARS - Michael D Walls is the most unprofessional individual ever encountered in a business setting. Uneducated for the profession in which he claims knowledge, inappropriate, offensive, illmannered, screams, curses and hangs up on his paying clients, ignores and refuses to answer any question, even from the simplest of questions. Seems to get angrily aggravated at being asked any questions because he is unable to answer honestly and professionally with knowledge, and reverts to raising his voice, his tone, cutting off and screaming at clients only to then repeatedly hang up on clients. He is dishonest and simply inadequate; refusing to the job in which hired and paid to do. Very sorry for his son, Chris, who works with him and cleans up his messes.

Not professional or knowledgeable. We took a shot in the dark and it was a horrible shot. My business information was not properly input and now I am running into problem after problem setting accounts up. Im really upset I didnt listen to my gut.

Needs some anger management classes or a long vacation
