It has been the worst experience ever i filed my taxes in March and they still havent processed it to the irs. Ive called the corporate office as well and they are giving me the run around Ive been to other locations to see if they could help me process my taxes but they want me to pay them 400+ dollars again the lady at the south more office name is Tatiana Montgomery has made my life hell I try to call her she has hung up on me and always coming up with excuses to hang up the phone with me . So I have to file a return preparer complaint with the IRS to see if the can help me out in some way cause Im going to get penalties for filing late which is their fault and my surcharges keep going up cause I cant write a check to pay them off until them process my taxes so I advise you all to go somewhere else to do your taxes if you dont want to go through what Im going through.
