I’ve been going there for many years. My tax advisor retired and Mrs Susan was well prepared, easy to talk to and very helpful.

Horrible experience this year. Last year in 2019 we had a very helpfully person do our taxes. We liked him so much we scheduled to do our taxes with him in 2020. 2020 comes around and we go to our appointment and this is guy is no where to be found. We were told he no long works there. No one took the time to call us to tell us someone else will be doing our taxes.The person who did our taxes this year was very rude and we felt very rushed. There is a lot more to this story, but I don’t want to get into it.I’ve been using H&R Block for years now but after this experience last week I will no longer be filing my taxes with them, it was ridiculous.Update 6 months later:The lady who rushed my taxes screwed everything up. I got a letter from the IRS. I went to a different H&R Block’s to get help with this and I was told it’s a mini audit. Apparently the lady who did my tax left out so much stuff forgot fill out things and few other screw ups. When I’m experiencing right now is crazy.
