I arrived at this location on Friday, July 9th at 8:30AM (during business hours), but it was closed. This happened to me before, but the previous time it was closed because it was raining. Both times I stood outside the door trying to figure what was going on, other people drove up to me and asked me why they werent open.

First time I ever get P-EBT benefits in my life and went in because there was a problem activating my card. The man at the window was extremely rude and cranky. He ignored me while standing in line waiting to be called and when I tried to ask if I was in the right line he told me to move so he can call other clients. Avoid this place they see you like trash.

Not sure who “Resiree” is but I tried to call to set an appointment and she said one moment and put me on hold, and then just hung up the phone. I kept trying to call for help, and she put me to voicemail or on hold again. Find another damn job if you don’t want to help people

Not as bad as some of the other locations Ive been to. Majority of the staff are friendly. Dont be surprised if you have to wait a while. Best thing to do is to use their get in line online option from their website to cut down on your wait.

Went to the location that pulls up on maps just to find out that’s the parole office. Took a while to find the new locationOnly came to pick up a snap card which was stated would be in and out and I have been here for 30mins!The process should be much quicker and organized to just pick up a card.

Is an absolute joke I was in the hospital for 3 months out-of-work homeless the day I got out of the hospital I try to apply for emergency assistance which they denied me then penalize me for six months because I didnt make a meeting when I was in the hospital I showed proof they could care less I applied again a month later they penalize me again for another 6 months because of the phone call there an absolute joke. I think the entire staff needs to be retrained or fired in the system needs to be overhauled there are absolutely no help

If I can rate 0.1 I would security guard with red lipstick thinking she better than everybody ALWAYS being rude to my kids. 4 and 2 yrs old never been to a place where a toddler cant even run I wouldnt even say run to his mom after taking a sip of water without this no speaking English having ass wanna be no running. Only because Im not the one to make a scene but best believe next time I go Im gonna be JUST AS RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL AS SHE IS. I dont have to explain myself to a security guard. Act like shes giving these people money from her own pocket girl bye. She got me all types of backwards. I cant stand that chick exactly why I do everything over the phone.

Spoke to Alicia Howard one of the supervisors over the phone, says shes going to place me on hold hangs up the phone. I called back somehow ended up with her again and has the audacity to say that I hung up the phone (oh yeah, because I love waisting my time being put on hold and being transferred. Thats what my Thursdays are for) immediately has an attitude, raised voice doesnt sound to even care what my concern is, I was completely brushed off. This was a supervisor! If youre too bothered to help someone why go to work?!?!! Stay at home.Does anyone else have them calling you on private numbers??

Ive never seen such horrible treatment of children (by the female too much lipstick guard) & an employee who THREATENED to have the entire family thrown out if the children didnt lower their voice. The kids werent even running around. This is the most UNPROFESSIONALLY run office Ive EVER witnessed in my entire adult life (I took an elderly friend there to assist with MEDICADS mistake). I PRAY the news media goes there undercover to video these people abusing the system & the clients, i will also mail via certified letter to ensure they get audited. Everyone who has a bad experience should write a letter to their Congressman/woman or any personal government entity to put a stop to this abuse.The government services work for US and our tax dollars are for these services.Ive followed up with 7 phone calls and while im on hold for up to 8 minutes, they come on and HANG UP on me without ever getting to speak to anyone.I will print out my phone records and make sure that they are included in my certified letter to my local government representative and to the 3 local news networks.

Place is very unprofessional to say the least. Wait time is ridiculous, have been back 4 times because the workers are very unorganized and either lose paperwork or “don’t have it in the system”. They didn’t provide any help to Spanish speakers regarding filling out paperwork, after repeatedly asking workers for help we had to step in and help. Staff was rude to parents with kids saying they had to exit the building if they didn’t sit and and quiet down, the chidren were age of toddlers. Worst place to go for assistance hands down.

This place is unprofessional. I turned in a app personally and its been more over a week and still nothing. I called 211 to see about my case and they said there is no case in there system. So means there was no application turned in. So basically I have to do it all over again. I hate it. I have a sick child need to see a docter. And Im in need of help. So whats this place for?? They dont know anything. There rude unfriendly. And the lady couldnt answer any of my questions because she said they dont do that there. Fml! Than what are they there for. i recently moved from CA by far its been a bad experience here.
