Brought two 7 Santoku knives to Buzz and he did a phenomenal job! It wouldve cost me $20 per knife over 6 at another sharpening place and Buzz charged $18 for BOTH! He was finished in 30 min and they are SUPER sharp. Ive always heard the saying cutting like a hot knife through butter and thats exactly how they cut through a chicken breast l butterflied...hardly used any effort to slice right through it. Highly recommend for efficiency, quality, friendliness and overall awesome work!

I had recently dropped my 70$ AUS10 Honesuki knife onto the tile floor, bending the tip. This was one of my favorite everyday use knives in the kitchen.
