Over a year ago my fathers wheelchair needed repair & we had a great experience with Intermed. The owner repaired the chair for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately now the chair needs a different repair & we have been unable to contact anyone at Intermed. The phone number listed is still connected, rings & goes to a voicemail box. I have left several messages with no response. Yesterday I stopped by the storefront & it has clearly been closed for some time. If the owner is reading this, please reply! We would great appreciate having you take a look & possibly repair my fathers chair. Thanks!

THEY WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE.I NEEDED IMPORTANT INFO TO GET BATTERIES. SO NOW I HAVE TO COME UP WITH $.200. They were nice in the beginning but do not know what happened

The post concerning customer service had nothing to do with the custom ordering. You did order and receive the item just as you said. However, the lady that works in the front is rude. She told my wife not to bother her, said she would call back and never did, and when I went in to the store, she had an attitude like she doesnt want to be bothered. If I wouldnt have needed the item so bad, I would have canceled the order due to the lack of customer service from her. When you are in need of these services, you expect better attitude from the front person that you deal with. If I could give negative stars, I would.
