Our original agent had the listing for 6 months and while it did generate a considerable amount of interest, we never got any offers. Paul was the second agent we hired. One of the first things he did was recommend a strategy to bring some of the less appealing fetaures front and center rather than conceal them like the last agent did. Our home is 100 feet away from a freeway entrance and on a very busy street. I wasnt sure about his strategy, but he was confident it would work, so we gave it a shot. The home sold 2 months later.
