Ramiro came to look at a property my husband and I invested in for rehab and resell. Before I even signed the listing agreement with Ramiro, he’d already put in so much effort on the house we were selling, including going to the county records office to find out its architectural significance! Now that’s someone who cares about homes. He was very passionate about the property my husband and I were rehabbing which was a mid century modern. Once the property was on the market Ramiro got us offers very quickly. He was super easy to work with. Plus he puts everything in Docusign which is way easier than dealing with printing out and scanning or faxing (who faxes anymore??). So I highly recommend these guys.
