July was a busy month for us. We got a new home, moved, sold our house (old), and finally enrolled our daughter in kindergarten. Timing worked out perfectly for us thanks to @maykunka . May is a GODSEND! I previously had an agent assist me in purchasing a home, but he was not in the buyers interest kind of mindset. Literally 24 hours before we were suppose to go into open escrow, we fired our agent after realizing there was no trust left. I felt extremely guilty blowing up Mays phone very late that night, but we were frantic trying to not lose the house.
