Everyone, patrons AND staff, were super friendly from the minute I came in....TIFFANY was my technician and she was a big help on color choice! (My ADD makes that part difficult!)Tiffany is professional, talented, and above all - FAST!The customer sitting next to me has been coming to this salon for over 2 years!The price was easy on the wallet, the location is convenient, AND THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAY!I believe I have found my NEW NAIL SALON!

Best place ever for pedis & full sets. They get you seated in less than 5 mins and they do not rush on their pedis!! Plus they give you a great massage. Definitely recommend!!

Kimberly did my full set and they are perfect! They have you wash your hands right when you walk in which is nice and she took the time necessary to get my nail shape right. I enjoyed my time there a lot!

Good experience at this salon. I arrived without an appointment and was seen immediately. Courteous nail stylists. I was also able to have my eyebrows waxed. Multiple types of services available. Credit card reader in good working order. Pricing great for services. I think next time I will take in my own polish because I’m a bit picky about color.

Worst nail place in Pasadena! Very poor customer service, over priced, ungrateful and rude to customers. More so the lady in the front, she is sour and unhappy with herself and takes it out on customers. They dont have set prices..Do not recommend this nail place to anybody.

My daughter was so upset because she asked them to do the nails shorter while she was getting them done. The girl said when I buff them they will get shorter. I called them today and when the lady answered I told her the issue. She than told me ok come in so I can see I asked for her name and than she acted like she could not hear me. I called her back and she did not answer. Since I was at work I used the work phone and called her back and she answered I asked for her name again and she said I had to talk to the manager. She did not tell me this when I first called. It is the worst place my daughter has ever been too. The only reason she went is because a friend recommended it. Also the girl that recommended her had nails done with butterflies and told my daughter they had charged her $40 and when my daughter asked for the price they told her $60. Becareful when doing business here.

They overcharged me, I asked how much it would be before doing it and that I wouldnt be adding extra to keep it at that price and they charged me 45. I asked why and they said that the color was extra then changed it to oh because theyre long. Dont recommend and dont waste your time and money here

I love coming here and have been coming for a few years now, I normally don’t have an issue but I do find it unprofessional for the owners/bosses to discipline a nail tech while she’s with a customer and in front of customers AND while opening hours. There’s a time and place for everything. Have a great day.

I will never come back to this place. The lady forced me to get something I did not want. They won’t even clean up your cuticles unless you ask and of course you guessed it ..5 extra dollars. I’ve never been anywhere that doesn’t clean your nails before they start doing powder etc. The Lady who did my nails had a bad attitude. I will never come back. I DO NOT recommend this place! Go to design nails right across the street!

It sad that all it takes is one lady to stop me from ever coming back here. The lady took my fake nails off so I could get shellac. She was so rough when she took off my fake nails. She also cut my real nails way too short. By the time she was done FOUR of my nails were bleeding. She obviously didn’t care to be gentle with me. I will not come back here and not recommend anyone else either.

Was there to get a nail color change, asked for Hombre and it turned out horrible. Then she was taking that off and split my own nail. Ended up with a cut on my finger and nail tips. NOT AT ALL WHAT I WANTED. Then management mad me feel like it was my fault. Wont go back and want recommend to anyone

I love the nails they do but I’m disappointed in the cleanliness of their pedicures. I wish they’d stop using the same tools on each customer. Especially the foot sponges. I have to tell them every single time to use a new foot sponge.

Do not come here. i got acrylics done three weeks ago and i wanted to take them off so naturally i buffed them and soaked them in pure acetone at home. NOPE, became this sticky mess that would NOT come off im no nail tech but that does not seem right. pretty use they use MMAhere cause its cheap to buy. which is ILLEGAL in texas

The Owner was so rude!!! I told the lady from the beginning that I did not like the way she was doing my nails. She got mad and threw my hands. She was being rude to me and had major attitude. I asked them to take off my nails because they were so ugly and when I went to check out the manager insisted I pay for the nails. This play is unprofessional and rude.

Felt rushed the nail tech wasn’t even looking at the nails while he was doing them. Most of the nails are crooked with a lot of bubbles.For the price it should be a better quality and patience. Usually don’t complain but this time it was the worst. Will not be going back .

Ive been going here for years. Love the place. They arent afraid to trt new things with my nail designs. Also SUPER clean and friendly. I dont have a photo of my Pikachu and a few other designs. But like I said they will do all kinds of designs.

The kid at the register is very dismissive of your concerns or complaints. The color choices are not what they put on you. I wont be back. What was displayed as a beautiful light gold color came out as a glittered flesh-tone to which his response was, it will darken over time. Really dude!?!

Staff is kind, but we are still in a global pandemic and it was packed to 135% capacity. Staff did not clean after customers and masks are not required per Texas law. Maskless folks were coughing without covering their mouths the entire time I was there. I had to skip a pedicure and leave early after a manicure because I felt so uncomfortable.

Too pushy trying to get you to spend more, they tell you one price and charge another at the register, I don’t mind paying more for quality but I had to go back to have them clean up my nails, they were crusty, left glue and acrylic all over my fingertips and dried acrylic in the inside of my nails and she stabbed my finger with the gun, now I remember why I hadn’t gone to this shop

I have been coming here for a very long time but the last set of acrylics I got, 4 nails broke off within 8 days of getting them done. I had to drive back 3 times and a set that was originally $40 ended up costing me $61. Any other place would have fixed them for free because they fell off due to the way they were done. The boy at the front and the lady who did fixed them the third time both looked annoyed like if I did something wrong. Horrible customer service and Im over it.

I have always gone to nails club but after today I will NEVER be going back! Lately there work has been terrible and rushed. I asked for a specific set and the lady didn’t really take a good look at the photo and got colors that were not close to the photo and did a set totally different. Also the nail tech keep telling me when I would say something she would say “ the nails are not going to look exactly like the photo” if she didn’t know how to do the nails she could have just say THAT!

The best way to describe this place is chaos. I was sat faster than I was told. I was sat in a pedicure chair; it was uncomfortable. I asked twice for a bottle of water before I got one. I wanted hand gel nails mood changing color. I picked the color and Diana started my nails. She didnt know how to use that nail color because she kept pointing at my nails and talking to her co- workers. The color was clear. It didnt work. She said at night it would change but I didnt want to pay $35 for clear nail polish. So I changed my color to this one. Im happy with the color I got.

This place is convenient if you don’t want to make an appointment anywhere else, however the lack of consistency of good nail technicians is unacceptable. It’s a gamble, you either get decent nails or a horrible job. I’ve stopped coming here for acrylics, i spend way too much for the low quality of work i received most of my trips here. The only person who’s done a good job on my nails is Hanna, as a business i feel everyone should be trained at the same level, if not disclose that to avoid customer disappointment.

Kathy has been doing my nails for about 4 maybe 5 years and i can honestly say Ive never been disappointed. She does amazing work and the owners are always making sure i am taken care of. They are simply amazing. Thanks for always taking care of me and my family when we go there !!! Bebe and Joe!!

I have been going for a quite something, but these past two times I have been having very poor quality on my nails. I have requested the shape of mountain peak, well the First Lady was what is that I never heard of it before. Well you guys should know about it I have gotten plenty of times here. Anyways this new time I had a guy his name his Joe, I have also requested mountain peak, tell me why he does oval? No I don’t requested and he still left it and on top of that he cut me three times, very rough. Very disappointed this two times I have been here seems like the morning shift don’t know what they are doing. I usually come here in the afternoon or evenings, those chick know what they doing and they move fast. I was here for three hours with joe, omg !

I get the exact same thing but each visit it’s a different price. The shaping was done terribly. None of my nails are Even.. When I asked if she could even them out the lady acted like she didn’t understand English.

Ryan was VERY careful, he did not hurt my fingers at all (they are sensitive) he did an EXCELLENT job and gave exactly what I wanted. My nails look beautiful

Ive been coming here for about a year now & Ive only had one bad experience but nothing compared to all the good ones. Yes I have had some nail techs not do their best work, but throughout the months Ive picked out my fav nail tech & now I always go to her. Theyre always packed but they also try their best to sit you down ASAP. The front desk is always nice, friendly, welcoming & very out going w smiles all on their faces. Love it here.

I used to love coming here because im very specific about how my nails are done & they were the only salon that provided consistent nail technicians, however that is no longer the case. I have given them several chances as I hate change & its just not the same anymore.

I love this salon. Its normally my go to, but I am so disappointed in my nails. It was my first time I did my actual nails here (normally just get a pedicure) and they came out crooked 😐. I tried to say something but she didnt listen and I thought maybe it was in my head since I hardly get them done. Nope they are definitely crooked.. i wont be making this mistake again

I’ve been coming to this nail salon (loyally) for over 6 years now and today was the last straw for me. I’ve noticed in the last few months the work and quality of the nails and service has been quite awful. I get the same style and a single powder every time I go here and the prices always seem to be different depending on tech. I left today embarrassed to even WASTE my money there. All of my nails are uneven shapes and when asked to correct them, I was told it was bc my nails were too small and that’s why he couldn’t. I hate to now go to another salon to see if they can fix them or I’ll just have to get a full new set. The customer service is no longer there and I’ll be finding a new salon. Hate to see it. Take your money else where.

Wonderful service! Made an appointment beforehand and not once had to wait! Had a great pedicure by Johny, my toes looked great and had a great massage that I totally needed being a mother of two crazy boy toddlers! Definitely recommend him! Also had my nails done by Nicky who I LOVED, my nails came out just like I imagined it! She’s also someone I’d recommend! One thing I love about this place the color varieties!! So many to choose from!

It was so hot and stuffy in there zero ac flow . I thought I’d be okay but when she put my feet in that hot water I started sweating to death . I told her I had an emergency and I had to leave I felt so bad. Turn up that ACyall

I have been going to this place for a year now. I have referred them to e everybody that asks for recommendations for nail salons. Tina and Tiffany are awesome but those 2 at the front desk are the rudest people. They need to go to the back room and wash towels or something. They have no customer service at all!!! Will not go back.

My toe nails look okay but the pedicure is not worth the money they charge. They dont even do all the things the pedicure details. Smh. Wont be going back to this place.

I called ahead and asked if they did chrome nails. They said yes. But then when I walked in they showed me just glitter stuff. Not what I was searching for. Other options they had were pretty but not my cup of tea.

Owner is super rude. I just attended and I asked for pearl tip nails. They put nail polish on top of my acrylic and they messed up THREE times before I just decided to leave them how they were. They were not dry, even, or the color I wanted. I didn’t get the hand massage like the other clients. I told the manager in a polite manor and she was so rude. She told me that what I was wanting wasn’t possible WHEN IVE COME HERE AND DONE THIS BEFORE. After I explained that I have had it done here she proceeded to tell me that I was asking for too much and I was no longer welcome back. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

If I could give a zero I would. The workers there are awesome! However the owner treats the workers terribly. Went with my husband to get a pedicure got up to go to the restroom and they had placed someone in my chair next to my husband. Mind you, my purse was still there so I did get a bit upset. She does not care about customers. They can be replaced! Her words exactly when I was upset about being separated from my husband during my visit. Customer service is not the business they are in...only $ matters. “ There are many people here. I don’t need your money.” Enough said... You not come back🙄👍No problem. However, it’s really sad because they have some really good nail technicians!!! Love you Tiffany!

I love coming here! Any pic you show them, they’ll literally try their BEST to make it the same or even better!!! Sometimes the wait can be a little too long but it’s definitely worth it!

I’ve been coming here for five years and after tonight I’m done. This place is seriously going downhill in customer service and artistry. I went in here and showed them two very simple ombré metallic designs that I wanted just in case one or the other was not available in regard to color options and I even asked if they could do it before I sat down in the chair. They said yes and gave me something completely different and told me that what I wanted was not possible in shellac after they had already painted my nails with the shellac. She then tried to tell me that she had already told me that they wouldn’t be anything like the pictures because they would have to be powder as if I agreed to spending $60 on something different than what I asked for. Lily wasted my time and money and I will not be going back here.

Did my pedicures here for awhile and they had good service but now they just rush through it all just to get to the next customer, i couldnt even use the nail dryer because they were using it as a station to do peoples nails. They should get a bigger place and not take up the station for customers to dry nails because then we are just stuck and have to leave and hope our nails dont get messed up. Would no longer recommend.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience, my teenager needed her feet done, and she had a pedicure with shellac, the polish came out nice but the nail tech cut her nails wrong on her big toes and caused TWO ingrown toenails, we went back to have them fix it, they tried, didn’t charge us, the lady in charge was nice about it, the two people that sit at the desk caught an attitude and weren’t very customer service friendly(body language).... so because one of her nail is still ingrown, now I have to take her to a podiatrist to get it nail fixed, it’s infected and she is in pain.

Just got my nails done yesterday and three nails broke already. Could tell the person who did my nails didn’t have any experience at all.

I’ve been here more than a few times. The people in the front are always rude. I just left a few minutes ago and they refused my service because my 2 year old daughter wasn’t wearing a mask! This is illegal and unacceptable.

They are great good customer service Tiffany is the best. Can do anything you show them a picture of and lasts for a long time.

If I could give 0 stars! That’s what I would give this Nail Salon. I was a loyal customer for over 5 years but until the moment their daughter didn’t apologize for skipping me or even asking with a explanation like if it was okay she instead replied with no sympathy or apology for skipping me regardless if it was for 1 nail. It’s a business and skipping your customers isn’t how you manage to run a business. Respect your customers and they’ll leave happy and return.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This place is small and chaotic, and the management is terrible. The two at the front desk have zero customer service skills. There are too many nail salons in the area for them to be rude!

They did a very good job.But they don’t listen to what you want.I wanted a simple pedi & she did what she wanted & charged me for it all after I said no.The lady that did my acrylics was good. She couldn’t do my nail art, which was the whole reason I went in was for my nail art for my sons 1st birthday.But honestly I can say I am happy with my nails.

Nails Club is great, the best nail salon in the area. It has plastic liners for their pedicure chairs that they change out for each customer. I appreciate the added level of cleanliness. Julie is fantastic. She does a great job and is really friendly. Ill be asking for her from now on!

For the most part, they get you in a chair almost immediately and do a good job. The only complaint is sometimes you get good customer service and sometimes you dont. Thats why I gave a 4 star.

I am really disappointed.I barely have a week with my dip nails & it’s already falling apart. I told the nail technician Tina that it was missing a little more on the side of my nails & she said no that’s how it’s done. Well towards the end she put a clear coat of nail polish. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to be rude by telling her something again. Well my nails look ugly now & are breaking. I sent a private msg to nails club Instagram Explaining what happened & all they did was screenshot the picture I sent & that’s it. They never apologized or anything. I was left on read.

Everything is good here but GET RID OF THE 2 UP FRONT!!!!!! Very rude and unprofessional, if they don’t know how to talk in customer service, find another job.

The MOST unprofessional nail salon I have ever known. I came in with a picture of how I wanted my nails. I know they will never be able to recreate the same exact design but they could at least get close. I was specifically asking for clear nails with a bit of pink glitter. I kept asking my nail lady Tina if they were going to be clear many many times and she even reassured me they were after she put the gel on but once she did they were nothing what I wanted. Every time I asked her a question she would turn to the coworker and start laughing like if I didnt know they were talking about me. They also talk on their phone while doing our nails when that should be done on their own time. I will never be coming back here, it is not worth your time or money. There are way better nail salons out there than this one.

Love them, have had at least every tech twice and I feel the love when they are doing my nails. Never disappointed.

First time going and my nails are absolutely amazing

I’ve gotten my nails done 6 times here and I’ve never had a set last for a whole month until I started coming here, these sets stay on, Ive yet to break a nail. I’ve had to take them off myself because they don’t randomly fall off or break. The shaping is consistent. And they have many colors to choose from.

Pretty much always have to correct something on my nails and they usually do it with an attitude even though I am extremely polite. I also tip extremely well despite the attitude I receive so not sure what the issue is with accomodating customers requests. Nails come out nice each time but the customer service lacks. Shellac pedicure is a little pricey for the quality though so I would recommend skipping the shellac unless you are an infrequent visitor. But I would never recommend getting your eyebrows done here- she did a very poor job and made my eyebrows much thinner when all they need was cleaning up.

Just had a Mani Pedi with Teresa. She did an excellent job and was very friendly and professional. I will Make sure to ask for her again next time. Feeling great!

This is the only nail salon Ill go to! Theres always a professional and friendly atmosphere. I always leave feeling pampered and my nails always look flawless! Janie is my favorite, but everyone does a great job!
