The sweetest hair stylist I’ve ever met. I have anxiety talking to people I don’t know but she made it easy to talk to and I felt comfortable. Great haircut and styling. Will go back next time.

This review is for the nail woman that works at this salon. Her name is Nancy. I was hoping to really like this place. Ive been coming here for the last 9 months but this was my final straw. I had my nails done three days ago and look at the pictures! Horrible job! How could you let your client leave with nails looking like this?What I am most annoyed at is how Nancy nickel and dimes you. I had gel polish over my acrylics before but wanted to save some money this time around and only do regular polish over my acrylics. So she charges me $5 to remove the gel polish! Then another $1 to fix a broken nail. Seriously? I could see if this was my 1st, 2nd of 3rd time coming but Ive been coming for quite awhile. So I wound up not saving much at all by not getting gels.The pedicures are not good, either. The nail polish has chipped off my every. single. time until I started bringing my own polish and base coat. I have seen people joke about how tie nail polish is supposed to survive through a zombie apocalypse because it is so hard to get off. Well, not here! Unbelievable.I wish I hadnt tipped this time since Im never going back. And considering how much I pay, nancy is very rude and unfriendly. I want to go to a nail salon to relax, not to feel like Im inconveniencing someone.

This salon is hidden gem in Pasadena. I am extremely picky and don’t allow just anyone to touch my hair! However, Sonik has hands of magic! She listens to exactly what you want and is realistic with preserving the health of your hair! She’ll tell you if you what you want to do is damaging and will give you better options. She knows exactly what color I want when I have the hardest time to explain it. She is incredible and is also a great therapist! I highly recommend her and the salon.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. Everyone is so friendly. Sonik has always done a fantastic job with my hair. She has a great talent with creating beautiful hair color and highlights.

Ive been coming here for over 7 years to do my hair and Lori is great. I love that I dont have to get into the nitty gritty details of what color, shade, tone I want in my hair because shes gotten to know me so well she knows my likes enough to decide, that trust is amazing. Sonik is amazing with extensions and shes great to chat with. All the staff there is nice though Im probably biased because they all know me by know. They do have great customer service and will offer coffee, tea, water, or wine if you want to relax. I love this place and am a very loyal customer.

Finding the right stylist to cut my natural hair had been challenging until I met Idette at Jubilee. Shes been expertly cutting my long hair for 5 years and Ill be a loyal client for life! She is responsive to my requests and makes great recommendations for maintaining my natural hair.

Ive been going to Sonik for years now. I started with eyebrow threading, and moved on to hair. As a mixed race woman, thats a big deal. What makes Sonik exceptional is that where listens to me, and never pushes her own agenda onto my face and head, and she is willing to be creative when I ask her to take liberties. We spend hours laughing together as well. Ive lived in 3 different states, and still made sure to come back to her. I currently live 6 hours away, and still come back to her. And the prices are reasonable. Especially for the gorgeous end result.

Nail Salon in the back of this salon is superb! The manicurist is Nancy and shes been doing my nails for over a year now. Shes great with customers and always seems to remember whats going on in my life. Unlike other nail salons, she actually connects and talks to her customers, which I love! Also, her prices are very reasonable for being located in Pasadena.
